For instance, if you have PSAs or CSAs from all over the world you can tell them to make friends at a2a from their own countries.
Reason: maybe some of your PSAs or CSAs dont speak english very well and it is hard for you to communicate with them (google translate doesnt help much either :), and their a2a friends can give them advice for improving their business, and can share with them useful youtube videos and links about SFI business on their own language.

I would say the most important thing to be successful in this job is patience. Because you cant succeed in this job if you are not patient. Other most important thing is determination. You need to be persistent and log in every day, learn, study, ask questions, and of course you need to be prepared to become a team leader. Also, a lot of people will not be active when they join, but that is life, and that is how things work in this job, but also there will ALWAYS be someone who is willing to work. So, you need to move on, advertise, work with people who are active and success will come.
