Those who expect to get rich fast unfortunately view this program as a get-rich-quick-scheme. A common theme in these offers is the lack of effort required to begin making a significant income. The notion of something for nothing is seductive.

However, as team leader, you have to help them to realize that these programs are not worth the paper they are written on and the people pushing them are little more than con artists. Nothing in life comes easy, and therefore, it is important

With the experiences I have had - It is best to be honest and share insight to what you know and what you do with your SFI business.

Our world today is fed by instant gratification so the desire is very strong to see results quickly.

It is best to be honest and to encourage downline members or prospects to learn about the development of a sound business and how this is done in stages and requires persistence. Persistence in business habits is what will get the results that the

Hi,

The best way to handle them like I do is to use the analogy of a farmer who have to get a land, clears it, make the ridges, plant his seeds and then weeds, applies fertilizer and insecticides and wait for harvest period.

This business is not different, we have to work, do the due diligence and wait for the big commission check.

Use the examples of successful Affiliates to drive home the point. How long the worked this business before getting their first 4-,5-

I would ask them what they were doing before they joined SFI. I don't know of a single job where people punch a clock and retire after a month at work.

The GOOD news is that while they might not retire in a month, the potential is pretty good to retire in 5-10 years instead of 20-30!

Yes, it takes longer to get going, but the "raises" (in pay) come continually.

Ask them to take a step back and see the BIG PICTURE.

Interesting question.

I let these members read the comp plan and SFI Rules for Success and SFI Basics. Then I send them an email saying this is not a get rich scheme, If you want to achieve success, you have to work very hard at your business and read and understand what SFI is all about first.

I also let them know to start and complete your training and ask me questions. I also may have them read their training again and start reading the Internet Income.

HI
That's a very good question.

In my limited experience with SFI, I have started to tell any new 'PSA or CSA' (from day one), that I win, buy, or get allocated by S-Builder etc, that SFI is not a 'get-rich-quick-scheme', but a methodical process of building a business, slowly, but surely.

Like any business, no one should really expect profits in the first year or sometimes even two, but fortunately with SFI, we do not have those 'high overheads & costs' of running

Hello,
-First you have to declare from the beginning that this is an ongoing business and not a one time.
-Then try to explain what is the meaning of an on going business

-Explain the benefits that will come on a person by joining

-Show them the many paths that SFI offers to earn money

-Show them that this is not a full time hard work, cause many people run away when knowing that they will do work again and tell them that they can do it on their spare

The answer to this question is very simple.
Be honest with your prospects, tell them about your success and how long it has taken you to get there.
I have found that when you are honest up front the prospect will understand that SFI is designed for long term leveraged residual income. This will eliminate the "wanna get rich fast crowd" and decrease the number of "tire kickers" on your team.

Affiliates re-assigned to you will soon realize it themselves and they will then either disappear or they will re-think their expectations and carry on from there.
The prospects you recruit yourself will be the ones you can put straight from the start.
When you do your marketing to attract affiliates - do not tell them it is easy quick money - they have to know that they will have to work for it and be patient.
Personally I would rather attract one hardworking quality affiliate with
