It's like a Preacher on the pulpit preaching one thing and living the opposite.
When persons see that what you are telling them to do you are also doing it, that will inspire them to go ahead with the plan. It will be like a booster for them.
If you want to reap success in your business, as a team leader you have to lead by example and you will see your business growing, your team members will also be willing to work with you and you will have them staying for you too.

I think there are more important things but as the most important is communication with your team.
There is a persistence in work, faith in yourself, the ability to overcome a variety of problems ...With all these mentioned you give an example of your team members, how to be successful in the SFI.
So:
-communication
-persistence
-faith in yourself
-example Teammates
-and again- communication
Congratulations on that!!!
Now all that will come across ur mind is important.Remember what were things that as a new affiliate u wanted ur team leader to do for u and for other affiliates.
-be patient
-be good listener
-be good speaker
-be good teacher
and last but sure not least be supportive.Help ur downline in any possible way..
The single most important thing you should be doing in duplicating.
You should teach to your downline what you did to became a Team Leader.
You should also teach them all that you will read and learn to became an awesone Team Leader
