My personal opinion is to avoid words like :
Spent all your time
Invest monney to your future
Invest monney to success
Be online 24hrs
This are some example of words that you should avoid because noone wont even read when they see words like this
Everyone wants to success without invest so you should find unique words to attract affiliates to join
Example
Turn your free tome to monney
Sell your unused stuffs
Etc.

Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

Worthwhile is not sending only individual or group mailings to new PSAs
worthwhile is also to send them sms messages if you see that they are inactive for more than 2 days
first when you see new Psa at your geneaology you contact them through Group teammail, personal email , via chat and i advice you to get their cell phone numbers
Belive me better lose some small bucks sending sms messages which they will be reminded some times during a week than sending electronic mails which they might be not logging on internet for days even weeks
SMS messages are MOST POWERFULL TOOLS to REMIND everyone to LOG IN or JOIN SFI daily and do their Daily weekly and monthly TASKS
REMIND them to keep at least rank of EA2 or if possible BTL so they will have more oportunities and chances to have their own PSA CSAs and shares of TEP (Tripleclicks Executive Pool)

belive or not after you spent some monney on that from those 1.5 milion people if only 100.000 JOIN SFI and be your Downline you may imagine everyone or at least 2000 people to purchase Standing order and you get 45 % of that what will be the RESULT ???

Hello,first of all you should know that noone is born a leader
Everyone was born same way
To become a leader you have to choose your own way and strategy to be leader
Example a foodball team leader was a player but trying and training himself after a couple of years has becomed trainer and team leader because implemented own strategy
This way you can success too
First read all about sfi
Read about owner gary carson...sorry mr carson but you were not born leader...with own strategy and hard work you becomed worlds most powerfull team leader
