As a new Team Leader the single most important thing that you should be doing is building your team of passionate affiliates. The core principle of SFI affiliate program is Duplication. Make sure that you read and understand SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD.

Here’s how to get started:

- Increase your knowledge base by learning one topic at a time found on the SFI Training materials such as Sales, Sponsoring, LaunchPad, Getting Started, Rules of Success and so on.

- Apply what you have learned. The application of each topic will require some time or some money investment depending on your situation and level of understanding. It is very important that you master the basics of SFI in order to teach them to your affiliates. Your affiliates look upon you as their example; therefore you should be consistently logging in and performing your To-Do List. Strive to excel in everything that you do, whether in sponsoring or supporting your affiliates.

- Establish close relationship within your team. Laying the foundation of solid and healthy relationship within your team is paramount to every one’s success in your team. If you as a Team Leader succeed in the beginning in establishing close relationship within your team, which is based on honesty, sincerity and trustworthiness, your affiliates will hear you. SFI has provided great tools to achieve this (Leadership Page, SFIM, Team Talk, Stream Post, Forum, E-Card and so on).

With these steps in mind, you’ll achieve your full potential of being one of the most decorated SFI Team Leader and you can pass this on to your downlines.
