I'd say there is no way if the person is not committed to SFI. All we can do is remain engaged. Be a great team leader and mentor to all of our down line affiliates active or not and keep them informed.
Coming and going of affiliates is part of the networking business. Don't be discouraged by the movement of your down line. Like is said "Some will and some won't, Next". Some of the best have left at one point and returned to be SFI Super Stars. Don't worry be happy, there are 1000's of future SFI leaders waiting out there for you to discover them.

If you ask me if you communicate regularly with you downline that scenario shouldn't happen. Just make sure to help your team as much as possible so that they can be satisfied with the company their sponsor and that way they won't have a reason to go and do other programs. But, in case that doesn't help then there is not much that you can do. Just do things I wrote above and I think that those are best things that can be done as far as you as their sponsor are concerned.

You really can't stop anyone from joining other programs. In fact you should embrace it , let your downline be OK with multiple streams of income. As entrepreneurs , each stream we have will help build each other and make them all strong.
Just convince your down stream to stay active and grow their business with SFI. It will make the other opportunities even stronger, they can use the income from one to help build the other, and so on.... The more income streams the better for all.

Firstly, no one can forbid this or that, but we our way, our approach to work and our faith in the SFI method earnings to show everyone that it is realistic and achievable success. If we wants to get results we must commit ourselves. If we believe in it, then others will start to believe guided our example. Our success will give them reasons. And if we can't make money in SFI, then we can't anywhere else.

I do not think to exist such dangers. People are free to judge what is most suitable for them and, sooner or later they will realize the advantages of SFI by themselves. In comparison with other Internet activities, SFI is a very serious one and it offers results for the work. SFI has many opportunities and one can make shopping from here instead of going to the supermarket. This is something which offers time exemption and brings also qualifications for commissions.

People are by nature curious. Who knows what else is out there on the horizons. Even though one is in a program the interest in others will always sway our thoughts. However, it is only when we test the waters that we become convinced of something. I am sure that SFI was not the very first program we ever joined!

Therefore, it may be quite difficult if not impossible to prevent people for introducing other programs to your downline - unless they feel totally committed to their business. Your job therefore will be to help them to become just that. You cannot force information on them though. They have to be willing to apply what you give them.

If you have been the best leader you can be and you have helped them to deal with their fears, doubts and obstacles, been there for them and have been communicative; then just let them go if they want to.

I assure you that in time, they will realize that SFI has the best to offer - the best training programme the best support group, the best tools and the best commission compensation plan.

If after all you do they are content to remain out there, then they maybe never belonged in SFI.

Hi Felix,

This is a hard question, since you really can't stop anyone from going to another business if they think it will work better for them.

I can only tell you my experiences. I've worked with many marketing companies, some that have stopped being marketing companies and some that have been sold or dissolved. I've also had my own advertising company that I had to learn to market. Marketing is really advertising and letting others know you are in business.

Many people join thinking they will get rich overnight, like so many of those "Get Rich Quick Scams" that are e-mailed. If some of these people had gotten stung, like I had, they would stick with SFI.

Before I found SFI, I joined a website that promised it was FREE. I had to pay a filing fee?! After that, I had to pay another fee, and was then told I had to pay over $500.00 for website! I requested to be removed and the money returned. Fortunately, I didn't have to pay, because my credit card company pended all the charges until I contacted them. As it turned out, the website was charging much more than I had agreed to pay! This caused me to have to inactivate my credit card and get a new one with different numbers, so the card could no longer be charged. I also had to file a grievance, which made the website agree to refund all charges. This was a hard lesson to learn.

Because of this experience, I include in my welcome note to all new affiliates that SFI has been in business since 1998 and accredited with the Better Business Bureau.

Many who sign up on SFI, don't understand that this is a real business, like you would buy as a franchise. As any real business, whether it's a store on the corner or a legitimate internet business, it takes learning, work and time to make it successful.

I'm sorry I can't give you a more positive answer. I do advise that you continue to send weekly and monthly mailings to ALL your affiliates, whether they are active or inactive. You never know when someone will read something that will give them an incentive to come back and work on your team.

First of all, I must say, that it will always be. Just when you think you have such kind of behavior root out, there always occurrence someone new who wants to take advantage of human resources, who are you with a lot of effort and gradually build.

Further, if a similar occurrence with a proposal of this kind, each affiliate should report this kind of violation of the rules set by SFI. Because it is an offense to the established order. And you, as a leader, you need to set up and establish that kind of trust among your people, you are among the first in which it needs to know. Because, apart from the internal SFI communication, there is communication through social networks, direct e-mail, and they are the channels for this kind of recrutment. It is enough that your affiliate, go and review several sites that offer quick and easy profits, and that his e-mail address remain remembered. Then follows a flood of offers.

What will you do?

Try to make your associates provide such a working environment, where they will feel safe, accepted and rewarded for scoring and effort. In the end they say - and I like it here better.

How will you achieve that?

- Education

- Do not miss the success of your affiliate that has achieved, not even one

- Give unconditional support, which is required

- Organize contests on a monthly basis or whatever other period

- Reward achieved good results out incetive, with small prizes

Hi,

Trying to prevent people from leaving your team, group or organization is something that is unavoidable. There's a saying in Chinese "You cannot force a cow head down IF it does not want to drink any water" -- meaning to say IF the people in your structure wants to leave, they had already made a decision. As leader, take 100% responsibility for it!

On the other, it's also difficult for you to "catch" the culprit who is stealing people from you as they are always doing their chore "in the dark", however if you really catch them red-handed then by all means, report them to the authority with your facts and proof.

One important question to ask yourself is "Why do people want to leave me?" or have a survey with your organization to find out what can be improve. From these activities, you might find out more about your weaknesses and improve on it.
