I encourage them to read up on all available information on SFI, especially the SFI Basics and the LAUNCHPAD lessons which are designed for newbies and will help them understand the basics on how to become successful in this business. Make sure to include the respective links.
The main point you need to get across is that if they want to be successful, being and remaining active (on a daily basis) is key.
