IF YOU DO NOT KNOW THE ANSWER, AND YOU KNOW WHO KNOWS, IT'S AS IF YOU KNOW !

I search a question of Support the SFI on "How may we help you?" in field "Enter a keyword or type your question for instant answer..." and answer forward for team member :

If I don't find an answer of Support the SFI, I search a question of "Ask Sc" and answer forward for team member.

The first thing to do is to make sure you understand the question. You may need to ask some open-ended questions to clarify what is being asked. Then, repeat back in your own words, the question being asked.

Be honest and say that you are unsure of the answer, but will do some research and get back to them in a specific period of time with an update.

Once you understand the question, you can enter a keyword(s) in the search box “Looking for something? Find it here” at

Hi Pamela
See that search box at the top of the page? Type 'Versapoints' in there, click on your keyboard 'Enter' key and see all the answers relating to Versapoints.

You can put just about any keyword relating to SFI in that box and find an answer. If you cannot find the answer by doing that, ask your upline or post a question in the forum.

When you have an answer let your PSA know.

You could explore two ways to address this. One you try finding the answers and then going back to the associate or you enable the associate saying that there is this wonderful place called forum where anybody can get any answer for their question. I personally would prefer the latter as enabling an associate is for the long term and he will at some point will be grateful that you pointed him in the correct direction while the the former addresses the problem no doubt but then it's more short term

If a team member asks me a question to which I don't know the answer I begin an extensive search and try to find out as much information as I possibly can. I always cite the webpages I used to find the answer by providing the URL so they can reference it themselves.

If the answers are unclear or I cannot find an answer (which is rare) I ask my upline for support and try to do a general web search (meaning outside of SFI) to see if anyone else might have any insight; however, when searching

Research all of the areas in SFI available to you and them. Be sure and write down the url where you found the answer so that you can be specific in telling them where to research the answer.

There are so many places to find answers and many great answers are available in Ask SC the training materials, and the forum. There are very few questions that can't be answered by researching SFI materials. The information in SFI is your very first resource, and usually your best resource in answering

This is bound to be experienced and to be on the safe end, it would be wise to refer the team member to some sections of the SFI program such as the following:
1. LAUNCHPAD: At the start of membership, on daily basis we are usually referred to lessons from the "Launchpad" section. This is a library of SFI knowledge which poses as a great tool for all SFI members (both old and new).
2. GETTING STARTED: The "Getting Started" section also showcases a video of how to function
