Firstly personal counselling by the sponsor if possible shows them the demo and makes them understand the mission and vision of SFI. Why SFI & what will be they getting out of it. Then show them the training tools which are available in SFI website itself. Make them to understand SFI better by reading LUNCHPAD/ BASICS/ START/ SFI RULES OF SUCCESS / INTERNET INCOME / SFI SUPPORT / FORUM etc.
Sponsor should well known the business of SFI. He or She should have enough knowledge to disseminate the knowledge about SFI business to his or her down line. For that sponsor should spend enough time to learn SFI business first. When they have started using the SFI site they will come back and ask you questions about certain aspects of the business. If you don't know the answer to the questions find out and get back to them as soon as possible. Always answer the questions and never ignore a team member.
Make sure you are leading by example and that you understand what they are seeing when they first join. Let them know you are going to be there to help them. Every time send them messages on different articles on SFI. Show them various ways to success in SFI. Make them understand all the aspects of SFI for better business. Always mentioned that at any moment any problem occurs you are there to help him.
