Fist of all, send them your most encouraging welcome letter. Guide them through the Getting Started process and the SFI Basics. Encourage them to ask questions. Once the initial stage has been mounted you can do the following:

Be a great sponsor/helper!
Be active and faithful in your monthly growth and lead by example. Always do the things you want your downline to do and they will follow. Always offer and provide robust support. Answer all e-mails you receive or questions they may ask within 24 hours or sooner. Use your SFI badges to show your commitment. Add your own creativity, your personal touch, to your marketing and encourage them to do the same. Assist them in setting up their ECA store after you have done yours.

Be a friend!
Share your experiences with your PSAs. Give them opportunity to share theirs and boost their confidence. Share your knowledge with them and encourage them to be teachable. Get them involved in the Forum and be visible to the SFI community. Share tips and answer questions you are familiar with. Read extensively and inform as much as you can. The more knowledge you have, the more you can share.

Be a team player!
Post a message on your Stream tab at least every three days - a brief word of encouragement, a short tip or insight, a favorite quote, a quick comment regarding a recent SFI news item, a thank you, recognition of team members who have reached a milestone, or just a description of what you're doing to build your SFI business today. Share your joys, fears and doubts and connect with your with your upline as often as you need.

Work, encouragement, persistence and commitment will help anyone to understand SFI.

The best way to help your PSAs to understand SFI is to be an excellent and outstanding sponsor yourself. If you are, you will ensure that your PSAs read and understand SFI basics and Launchpad lessons very thoroughly before they embark on any major business in SFI.

- After that, encourage your PSAs to ask you questions in relation to their SFI business. From the kind of questions they will be asking you, you can easily detect how much of the business they have mastered and how much help they further need from you.

- Encourage them to join A2A and to interact fully with the members.

- Encourage your PSAs to participate fully in the FORUMS as well as ASK SC.

- Make sure they know “SFI Rules of Success” and they are complying with the rules.

- Encourage them to communicate freely upline and downline as the need arises.

- Show them how to use their Gateways to recruit PSAs and to market products.

- Once they have mastered the basics of the business, encourage them to log into their sites daily to do their Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and other Actions to grow their VP Ledger as a way of earning money in SFI.

Doing all these things and a little bit more will help your PSAs to understand SFI.

To help your PSA's and CSA's understand SFI you need to have a good knowledge of it yourself.

So, the first step would be to educate yourself utilizing all of the tools that are available including reviewing the Launch Pad and other documentation you read when you first started with SFI.

After this you may want to compose a "cheat sheet" that has all of the tips, tricks and shortcuts you've learned. Look at the Frequently Asked Questions sections and see if there is information that could be helpful.

Then try to condense this information until it is short, concise and informative. Put this in to a document that you can email to your PSA's and CSA's.

Most importantly, don't make it too complicated! A simple, easy explanation of what SFI is all about will work the best - SFI is an opportunity to make money through different streams of income. You can expand on a statement like this, but do not make it long and boring.

Invite them to ask questions and always answer immediately.

A very important aspect of helping your PSA to understand SFI first of all is to establish regular communication. It is through your messages (one to one or group messages) and interaction of your PSAs that starts building close relationship within your team. This alone is a very important foundation of helping them understand SFI. . If you are a service oriented Team Leader, you’ll be able to achieve this.

How do you help your PSAs understand SFI:

- Tell them to focus on SFI BASICS. It is here where they lay the foundation of building their SFI venture.

-Tell them and emphasize to them that they should not leave SFI BASICS and go to other page until they understand. The ultra-simple 3-step plan explains clearly.

- Point them to the following links: Frequently asked questions about how to get started with SFI and Frequently asked questions about commissions and how you get paid.

- Show them your example by logging in daily, performing your To-Do List, participating in SFI Forum and Ask SC.
