Where can I find SFI success stories? And/or perhaps YOU have one to share?

This is the kind of question I would love to answer to my prospective future PSA-es.
I would first start with SFI's success story . This I would do by sending them to my sponsoring gateway and ask them to see how many people were recruited to SFI just yesterday . The numbers there are impressive and the person will motivate them to join. By doing so , you have also brought them a step closer to signing in as your PSA.
While asking them to take a look at the sponsoring gateway tell them there is a link within the system that they can access once they are an affiliate and can see there what real people are saying about themselves and the advice they are giving on how to succeed with SFI.
Once they join , which is your real objective here, direct them to the top sponsor page at https://www.sfimg.com/Leaders/Sponsors.
Also do not forget to mention that it is free to join, that you will be supporting them as well.

What is your experience or your opinion about running contests (and providing prizes) to motivate your PSAs?

I have been running the contest for two months now. No participation :(. I guess it has to do something about the PSA-es as well, since all my PSA-es are passive.
Keep trying thou, it will cost you nothing if no one participates and if they do then you achieve your goals.
I have affiliates come to me for help who are not part of my team--should I help them or send them away?

I would say yes, definitely you should not neglect them. These affiliates came to you for help most probably from your A2A connections for an obvious reason. They see in you as a success model in SFI and if you should strengthen your friendship by helping them at a moment when they need you.
An active friend on A2A is better than 100 inactive PSAes in your team since one day you could join forces , together with their active PSAes to build coops or at least help each other promote ECAes that you are involved in.

How can I get my downline members to understand SFI and what to do?

Here is what I would do.
First off all make sure you set up your leadership page first and do all that you want your PSA-es and CSAes to do as your followers . You need to set up yourself as an example.
Start by sending them to this web page https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics3Steps
Then offer to help them with any questions that they have and share with them any positiv results that you have achieved.
I have affiliates who are inactive. Is it a good idea or bad idea to reassign them to my active affiliates?

It all depends on how you do it. If your other active affiliate wants to take the challenge of working with the inactive ones to activate them , then go ahead . So I would say communicate first, tell them the truth and if they accept then reassign the inactive ones to them.
If no one wants the inactive ones, then reassign the inactive ones to other inactive affiliates . This way you will clean up your lists of direct PSA-es and you get the 5 VP, where applicable, as well.

Build a coop that will place new PSA-es under each active team member. Ask the same active team members to advertise this coop and there you go, you will have the strongest team in SFI.
Do you reward your active CSAs the same as you reward your active PSAs? If not, how do you reward them?

When it’s about supporting an affiliate, like answering their questions and giving advice I do not differentiate in between PSAes and CSAes, in fact I am more supportive to CSAes since I feel that they need more help in cases where they do not find any with their direct sponsor.
When it comes to rewards like Tcredits I do not mind sharing an equal reward between PSAes and CSAes either since I now that they will benefit from this themselves.
When it comes to gift certificates things get different. When you give a gift certificate to your PSA , the rewards are much more than giving the same amount to CSA. If a PSA becomes an EA2, you will get 100VP , besides when they spend the gift certificate you will get 45 % on CV back that you can reinvest in a new gift certificate for a PSA or smaller gift certificates for CSAes. In the case of a CSA you will only get back 15 % , while the real sponsor of the CSA will get the 45 % of the CV for not supporting his/her PSA.
Actually it’s up to you , If you want to be a humanist and get satisfaction by helping out everybody equally then go ahead and do it, but remember that you can help more PSAes with the same budget than you can help CSAes, so what should be your choice ?
