Amusing that you are a buyer from TripeClicks yourself , the best way to motivate your affiliates will be to lead by example.

The first thing you should do is include your recommendations in your Leadership page. Explain the reasons why you recommend a certain item and be honest in your recommendations. Then you can direct your PSAs and CSAs to your leadership page .

Another way to recommend an item that you purchased from TC will be to share your experience with them in your weekly messages to your PSAs and CSAs or even in your stream messages. Tell them how you got the item you wanted from price benders auctions at that ridiculously low price or the S-Builder units or advertising package you purchased from an ECA on TripleClicks and results you got.

Give them some TC credits to play EZ games on TC or may be participate in auctions and win a guaranteed CSA as a beginner.

And an important point to remember is that under no circumstances you should give them the impression that you are pushing them to buy something so you can make a commission out of it . Always be honest .

SFI offers many rewards for those affiliates who are active and without you having to invest any funds, so all you have to do is inform them and motivate them to go for these rewards.

Some of these rearwards are .......

1) The Daily Grand: In order to enter in the daily Grand an affiliate needs to visit his affiliate page on a daily basis. This will keep them active without you having to invest funds in them . You have to explain to them that the more entries they have the bigger chance is to win a prize. As you will see below the more active they get the more entries they will have in the Daily Grand.

One entry for producing at least 10 VP during the previous day
Second entry for producing at least 20 VP during the previous day
Two additional entries each day for maintaining a minimum 1500 VP Standing Order
One more entry for reviewing 30 Ask SC answers
One more entry for reviewing alerts and posts on your homepage's ALERTS tab

Now here comes the best part . For new affiliates they can earn one entry for 30 days in a row by becoming a Fast Track member and earn 2,3,5,7 or 10 entries as prizes in E365 rounds one through five.

So the daily Grand will keep them active if they go for the win. Make sure you point out the prizes as well . This information is available on the Win IT tab.

Also make sure to brag about your prizes and congratulate your team members In your Stream feed. This will add more activity to your team.

2) E365 prizes. Make sure you encourage your new affiliates to ake it to the E365 Finals. Once they become E365 Finalists then they need to collect 10 VP to enter in the E365 daily drawings. Always remind them that they could win the $ 50 daily prize or the 20 DSAs by securing the 10 AVP / Day. This should keep them a lot active.

3) Eeager Zebra Games : Are free to play and chances to win prizes again.

4) T-Time : Every hour they could win , no money required to participate.

Let's talk about PSAs first.

PSAs will always depend on you for help. More in the beginning and less at a later stage and your role as a sponsor is to always be there when they need you. If you have a lot of PSAs and you feel that you will not be able to help all of them then you should think of delegation. Chose from the best of your PSAs and train them to become an awesome sponsor like you and then re-assign other PSAs to them so they can help them duplicate .

So the more you train your elite PSAs the less they will depend on you and they will also take the burden of helping the other PSAs that you re-assign to them. The more you re-assign to them the higher will be their motivation .

So what I am saying is that all you need is like 5- 10 trained PSAs. Each PSA is different so for some it will be a couple of months and for other it could be more than 6 months to take off.

As to CSAs , make sure that they know that you are there when they need you. The principle role for helping them should be on the shoulders of their sponsors but you are there just in case they need you. If their numbers grow to hundreds there is nothing you can do but to help a few since you cannot re-assign them .

2016 is a new year with a new and improved SFI .

What will I do differently ?
I will adapt my strategy according to the new features in SFA. But first of all I will energize myself with positive thinking.

The new SFI in 2016 is all about being a leader and team building. Affiliates are encouraged to climb the ladder all the way to Diamond ! The new easy and simplified VP system will give the fuel for that since now you can buy as much SVP as you need to advance to the next level. But you will not be able to do that unless your PSAs climb the ladder first and push you from your back.

So this is what I will do differently.

1. I will look into my PSAs who were EAs at one point . I will bring them back to activity by explaining to the them the bonus banking system that can be accumulated to thousands of VP to be cashed with one move. As they were EAs in the past it will take them just one month to get to EA2, BTL, STL and so on.

2. At certain points of time we will be cashing out our bonus all at the same time . I will help each of my PSAs to climb from EA2 to BTL , from BTL to STL and so on so we go up as a team all together. For this SFI has put together a new invitation and commitment system that I will surely use . Reassignment of EA2 to BTLs, BTLs to STLs might be a wise move to build a solid structure where all can benefit.

3. The rest I will not change , daily log in and doing all the daily , weekly,monthly tasks. Promoting my gateways for PSAs, TCMs and ECAs. Playing games and having fun .

1. Become an EA and maintain that position.

2. Concentrate on the ECA program. This is a one time set up and forget task. Once you have one or more ECA-es your commissions will be flowing to you every month with no efforts from your side. Add ECA-es each month and your commission will grow each month.

3. Invest some of the profits form above in marketing in order to build up your PSA team and teach them to duplicate you on these tree steps.

If you have no time at all, then try the S-builder as suggested by many. However there are 3 other ways that I like doing most . Here they are.

1) One time actions like adding a signature to your email. You can do this once, while you are enjoying your coffee or tea, and forget about it. Every time you send an email, the signature with your link will be added to that email automatically. Go to your gateways and choose a link from there, for example the price-benders link, or WAVE3.

2) OOPS, I doped a card. Order these cards from TripleClicks , add your SFI ID on it and then drop it where you think it will make an effect. For example, while you are in a library or bookstore leave it in books related to on-line marketing or in books about business ideas.

3)Not sure what kind of gift to buy for your friend's birthday ? This is money you will spend anyway so why not give them a gift certificate from your own store TripleClicks ? Send them your link to join TripleClicks and then add a gift certificate for them. Now you have them as your client in TripleClicks forever.

Different people react differently. You will lose nothing by trying to start a chat with them. Start a friendly chat and let them know that you are an affiliate like them. At this stage they might not know what a sponsor is, so just tell them you are there to help.

If they do not respond , then do not be discouraged. They might be timid to start a chat or they might not even know how to use the feature. You still have other tools of communication like the SFI massaging system and the direct mail system.

The easiest way to handle this problem is by setting up an advertising coop and inviting them to participate in it. This way you can even generate additional prospects that you can allocate to the ones who are active but have limited or no budget to advertise.

This way you will be helping the ones who are not that experienced in on-line marketing and the ones who have limited budgets.

Before I joined SFI I knew nothing about INTERNET marketing . I can say that SFI was my first on-line school where I could learn a lot and I consider this to be even more important than money itself .

In other words, besides giving us the fish to eat SFI has thought us the art of fishing , that is how to catch the fish and this is a gift even more valuable than just money.
