There are many struggling musicians out there who are trying hard to be successful in the music industry or perhaps do not have the means to promote their music. There are also many musicians out there who look upon their music as a hobby and never really develop their talent to full potential.

Identify these people and promote the contest to them.

You will need to talk to your team members about the Milestone Shares. You can use the Group Mailer, Stream, Weekly Newsletter etc to bring it to their attention.

I would suggest that you ask them to go and read the official announcement and FQAs at http://news.sfimg.com/2016/01/01/new-for-2016-milestone-shares/

Invite and encourage discussions withing the team about it. You can also encourage them to read and take part in the Forum discussion on the Milestone Shares.

Ensure that they understand that the shares are allocated and paid out for reaching Team Leader milestones only. Those who remain Affiliates and EAs do not receive Milestone Shares. The shares are an incentive to achieve Team Leader level, to grow their businesses. So if they want to take advantage of the Milestone Shares, become Team Leaders.

SFI currently have a system set up where the newly signed up PSA is gifted either with TCredits or cash. These are mainly at the sponsors expense. The idea behind these is to get the new member working immediately and be introduced to TripleClicks.

Interestingly, they always take the cash. They don't always take the TCredits, probably because they don't know what it is.

On top of these I also, and I suspect all sponsors do the same, send the new PSA or CSA a nice and warm welcoming letter - always in an E Card.

To me these are enough. I believe that if you start showering them with gifts even before they are active in SFI, you run the risk of developing undue expectations on the PSA or CSA's part.

I will continue to monitor their developments and give them tips and directions, send then encouraging messages, training etc.. I try to be the very best sponsor that I can be and to me that is the greatest gift I can give my team members.

Valentines Day is for most people about love and romance and they celebrate Valentines Day by giving each other gifts.

Now what might be popular as Valentines Days gifts in India may not necessarily be the same in Australia. I would suggest a little research to figure out what to promote especially if you are promoting locally.

Here is what I did. I went and goggled ‘What are the most popular Valentine’s Day gifts?’
Now according to the U.S. Census Bureau, here are the Americans most preferred gifts for Valentines Day:

65% give a Valentine’s Day card
44% dine out having a romantic dinner
38% give candy/chocolate
32% give flowers
29% give gift cards
21% give plush toys
17% give some other kind of gift – pottery class, go sailing, show tickets.....
12% give perfume or cologne
11% jewellery

Those are the statistics for the Americans, but what about other parts of the world?
I am quite surprised that jewellery comes last in the Americans popular Valentine Day gifts.

Having worked out the popular items as gifts, obviously you then find those at TripleClicks and promote them.
You are promoting items that are statistically popular and not what you like or think are popular.

Recruit both, but yes – one is better than the other!

When you recruit PSAs, they automatically become TripleClicks members and can access TC and participate in all TC activities just like PRMs.
When you recruit PRMs, they become TripleClicks members only and cannot participate in programmes that PSAs are able to.

The answer to your question therefore depends entirely on your focus and on what you want.

If you want to simply earn as much commission as possible then concentrate on building the numbers of your PRMs. Note, not only will you earn commission but also all the VPs associated with the products they purchase. If they stop buying products, you stop getting commission and sales VPs. On your part you will have to constantly and heavily advertise and promote TC products otherwise your source of income will be none.

If you want to build your team of affiliates, then recruiting PSAs is the way to go. Building your team of affiliates is the recommended way to build a successful SFI business.

Your team of affiliates will hopefully duplicate your activities and recruit both PRMs and PSAs. They are TC members and can therefore earn you commission by their TC activities. They also earn VPs and if qualifying criteria are met you will also earn Matching VPs and receive a much bigger share of the TC Executive Pool. That’s where the money is!

So yes, to answer your question, recruiting PSA is better. When well sponsored, they will bring you much better rewards then recruiting PRMs.

At the beginning of my answer however, I said recruit both. This is because your PRMs can become PSAs. Some of them once exposed to TC will quickly recognise what a great opportunity SFI is and become PSAs. When this happens I strongly recommend that you work with these PSAs as they are obviously already sold on SFI and are familiar with TripleClicks.

The new layout of the TC homepage is brilliant, it’s fresh & uncluttered. Things are easy to find & departments are clearly set out - new products, auctions, games, hot deals and closeouts

We can make the most of the new TripleClicks homepage to boost sales and attract more PRMs by promoting it. In our ads, include the link http://www.tripleclicks.com/XXXXXXXX (replace XX with your SFI ID). The link takes the reader to the homepage and they can see for themselves all these things that are available to them.

This page includes all, so even if you are promoting say games only, I would suggest that you also include this link in your ad. Your prospective gamer may also be a prospective bidder at the auctions or a prospective purchaser of jewelleries, apparels etc....

The current collection section at the homepage is about Spring Gardening. What a great idea! For some of us spring is just around the corner - promoting gardening products is a must!

Hot deals is a favourite of mind however, I would only promote deals that are really ‘hot’ at 60% discount or more.

Sponsors, go and get a Pricebenders Auction Winner badge to be displayed at your profile. That’s the 1st thing you should do.

If you keep telling your downline members to participate and they see no evidence of you participating in the auctions, you are wasting your time. You need to participate and win an auction so that they can see your winners badge in your profile. Lead by example.

Having done this, the next thing to do is to promote Pricebender Auctions to them. Constantly talk to them about the auctions and how great these are!

Tell them about the main advantages and benefits of the auctions. Specifically for my affiliates whenever I am talking to them about the Pricebenders Auctions, I highlight the following points:

- All the products being sold at the Pricebenders Auctions are brand new, high quality products;
- Many of the products on auction such as TCredits, CSAs and PSAs etc.. all help to build up their businesses;
- Every bid, although it costs a TCredit, will get them an action VP for each bid. They will also get an additional AVP for each bid, up to 500 per month.

All your favourite ECAs have the W3 Share and Win icon displayed with each of their products.

If you click on the icon a link will be displayed. All you need to do to promote these products is copy the link and include it in your emails, social media postings etc. For example if you post the link on FaceBook, the picture of the item you are promoting as well as its brief description will automatically appear. You just have to write an enticing ad to effect a sale.

Further to that, if you click on any product details in TripleClicks you will see the tab ‘SFI Affiliates.’ Open it and you will see a link for promoting that particular product you are reviewing. You will also see a link for promoting all of that ECA’s products. I always include this last link in all my ads.

Write your ads with these links inserted and remember to include a picture of the items you are promoting.

Just keep on promoting and you will earn your commissions.

If you invest money in S-Builder co op units, you have only one thing in mind that is recruiting PSAs and PRMs.

If you invest money in TCredits you can use it for a variety of things such as bidding at the auctions, playing games, purchase items at TripleClicks, down load songs and many more.... I think therein lies the danger of misdirection and misuse, because the TCredits are too versatile.

I don't know about other people but for me I tend to loose focus on what I want to do with the TCredits. I purchase TCredits with good intentions of using them to bid for such things as PSAs and CSAs. When I get knocked back because someone else is more aggressive at bidding or have more TCredits then me I tend to loose focus and spend time playing games using up the TCredits. I know they are not being wasted but they could be better utilized.

S Builders on the other hand, as I have already mention are only for recruiting purposes. The PSAs I receive build up my team and the PRMs I receive will hopefully purchase from TripleClicks and make me some money. Every PSA I get from S Builder is a potential Diamond Team Leader.

The S Builders are not as exciting as the TCredits but to me they are the better investment of the two.
