What can/should I do differently in 2016 to see that my affiliates become active in SFI?

I recommend that if you haven't done so already, review your performance in 2015. If you haven't been doing these, make it part of your regular practice starting now.

Active Affiliates are vital to your business and setting goals that are related to their activities and growth are absolutely essential. If you haven't been doing that, start doing that as from 2016.

Have a look at your last years goals. Were your goals met? If not why not?

Selling TripleClicks products can bring you quick commission, immediate cash and this seems to be the most favoured approach by those who are new to SFI. This is understandable as we are here to make money, that’s why they joined SFI.

Recruiting and building a team can be slow, time consuming and it takes time to see the fruits of your labour.

This question comes up from time to time and I often compare these approaches to those of a hunter and of a farmer.

The minimum requirement for EA2:
- Held EA level last month
- Have accumulated 1500 VP by the end of the month

By the end of an affiliate’s 2nd month in SFI, if he had achieved EA the previous month, he would have most likely near exhausted the majority of the readily available VPs at the ‘to-do- list’ tab.

The main sources of VPs now available are sales, games & contests, auction bidding and ASK SC. The only ways they can earn the needed VPs are within

Learning the major business languages of the world is a very good start – English, Spanish, and French. This however is not possible for most of us. Even learning 1 second language can be quite challenging. It took me years to learn English.

I would recommend that you do exactly the same as if you were setting up your own store. You will want products that would sell and products that your customers will want to buy again and again.

Depending on your own needs, you may want to promote items of high value with higher profit margins. Repeat purchases are normally lower with these kind of items: bicycles, stereos, computers etc.

If you are able to contact him/her by phone, why not pick up the phone and ring and say "Hi Tony, thanks buddy! You are my DD Affiliate!" or words to that effect, sounding very pleased and excited.

You can do the same with any email message, e-card, telegram, smoke signal or whatever!

You are first of all acknowledging that your PSA has accepted your invitation to the DD program and that you are delighted.

The year 2016 has the potential of being SFI's Biggest year.

Why?

This is because we already have a fantastic business structure & system,
we have affiliates and administrators with experience and know how,
we have really great products and services,
we have a fantastic culture and a proud reputation to uphold

The DD program is a fantastic innovation and I believe that it’s going to do great things for SFI. It involves a long term commitment by the sponsor and the PSA to work closely together to achieve DTL.

As I am going to invest a lot of my time with my DD affiliates, I have issued invitations only to those who I believe are worthy candidates and have the makings of Diamond Team Leaders.

I know the question is focused on consumable products that need to be replaced month after month, but really I say every time you think of buying something, have a look at TripleClicks first. Irrespective of the size of the company you have set your sights on to become ECA, your approach should be exactly the same as in dealing with all sizes and types of businesses.

Build up your profile and SFI/TCs profile within your local community first.
