How can you confirm that your team members are receiving your emails and other messages?

It is difficulty to determine whether your team members are receiving your messages when they are inactive or partially active.

I can tell you what I do and find useful and that is to track my email communications to them. For example use a tracking code on your leadership page URL and place it in all your email communication including your team mails. Ask them to click on the link to confirm they received your email. Although an affiliate may start at SFI with enthusiasm, hopes and dreams, Remember other factors may get in the way and affect their motivation level. Even a serious affiliate may become inactive after being active for sometime.

You may be able to assess an affiliate's plans for being successful by the amount of time spent online at SFI or by the actions taken soon after sgnup.

The best actions are the ones that will help you make the money you seek sooner than later.

Money can be earned by:
1-Working for someone who pays you for the work you do
2-By working for yourself in a business

In each case you have to invest your time, In the case of working for yourself you have to invest time and money. The actions to focus on will therefore be ones that will help you reach your goals sooner.

Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

It is not only worthwhile, it is recommended by SFI.

You will be sending regular newsletters once per week to the team, as usual but a welcome letter must go out on the day of sign up.

When a new PSA signs in to the affiliate Center for the first time he will be greeted with a welcome letter from his sponsor. The sponsor must set up this letter and save it.

Your will need your own website/blog and hosting from a hosting company
(Some ECA 's offer a free domain name with purchase of a hosting plan)

Select a business name for your domain, one that will reflect what goes on at SFI.

Optimize the web pages with good high quality contents.

Use some keywords from SFI in your contents, for example:
auctions, penny auctions,shopping online, earn an income, affiliates,homebased business, second income, sell online,shopping

This is a question I have been asking myself. I see so many good answers with low votes and many not-so-good ones winning the first place.

Since the answers may appear at random, how often your answer appears would affect your score. This you have no control of. The earlier you submit your answer the more often it would appear.

I do believe that having a good knowledge of the topic or experience with the subject matter would get you more votes.

Time to evaluate what you have achieved. and why you couldn't achieve more. Be realistic.

Did you set goals at the beginning? Did you make a plan of action and write them down?
If you did not, You need to do so now for a year. Write down your goals and publish a business plan for yourself.

-Start taking actions

Blogs are not all the same, just as sitebuilders are not the same. There are many blogging platforms, their layouts could differ.

It does not matter whose banner you are installing, you must follow the instructions given by the blogging platform. Read instructions thoroughly to become familiar with the blogger builder that you are using. This is key.

I have been an affiliate marketer for several years, here is what I see most affiliate programs have in common:
-Free to join
-Your choice to promote
-Free banners, text and video ads
-No training
-Help is difficult
-No networking with other affiliates, you don't get to know of them
-No entertainment, nor bonuses
-No business support(you are on your one)
-Individual oriented

When you say 'to promote' I take it that you are referring to advertising and promotion.

Firstly I sign in to SFI to see what is new that can be useful in my promotion campaigns.

For Sales I do the following:
-Check the latest items link at TripleClicks, may be there is a new product listed that I can advertise or promote.
-Place any new suitable products on my website to generate a sale.
