Should I buy PSAs or learn how to sponsor them myself?

I will say straight away that you should do both if you have the resources to buy PSAs and if you have the skills, the time and the techniques to sponsor PSAs. DUPLICATION is a major key to growth, earnings and residual income in SFI. You need PSAs for that, lots of PSAs. The more PSAs you have, the better. How you acquire them matters very little but you need them anyway if you want to earn real good in this business.

If you have the resources, you can buy them from ECAs who sell PSAs.

In SFI, handling prospects and affiliates who expect to get rich fast is where your leadership skills come to the fore. These people are human beings who probably have a very wrong notion about what SFI is. Your duty is to let them know what SFI is all about as skillfully as you can. Point out to your affiliates that in SFI, any affiliate who wants to succeed in the business must LEARN to EARN while SOCIALIZING and having FUN all the way. The fun aspect of the business is where Zebra Games and Knockout Trivia come into play.

This is a rather very tough question. I believe all affiliates do have their own separate stories to tell. From my experience in SFI, all I ever came across is what I should be doing to succeed in the business. I can not recall if anyone ever told me what I should NOT do in my first month. But with the benefit of my little experience so far, I believe there are things I did which I should not have done particularly in the first month of joining SFI.

This is a very interesting question. I say so because the entire business of SFI revolves around mentoring. Credible mentoring is in the entire gamut of the business because everyone is an affiliate in their individual capacities and we are all involved in the business. We all have sponsors.

A good question to ask here is, why search anywhere else for mentors when your sponsors and your entire up-line which is about 6 layers up is there, ready, able and willing to help you out at all times?

It appears SFI attaches so much importance to every affiliate becoming EA (Executive Affiliate) every month. That may be why EA is the only rank any affiliate can reach either with Sales Points alone or Action Points alone or a combination of both. For any other rank, you need a combination of Sales Points and Action Points. To become EA each month, all you need is to earn 1500 Versa Points by whatever means and pronto you are EA for that month.

In my books, the following are the best stand alone products for 1500 VP Standing Order in SFI.

1. 125 TCredit pack, 1500 VP.
2. Advanced Liquid Nutrition, 32 oz Bottle, 1500 VP.
3. 200 TCredit pack, 1661 VP.
4. 50 PSAs to go, 1622 VP.

The above are the products I can immediately recall now whose stand alone can give any affiliate EA monthly. Others can be combined in various combinations and in numbers to make up the required 1500 VP for the month.

What was your greatest challenge to success in SFI...and how did you overcome it?

From my own experience, my greatest challenge to success in SFI was MARKETING my business. Because I was unable to market my business effectively, I faced very tough challenges in selling products at Tripleclicks and even recruiting PSAs. I found out to my chagrin that because I could not recruit real active PSAs to grow my downline, succeeding in SFI became a real challenge. This challenge was exacerbated because:

- I was too shy to talk to people.
- I was not very good in internet

I always tell people that SFI business is good for every adult who wants to get involved in a legitimate home business. Having said that, I sincerely believe that you must have certain traits, skills and or characteristics before you can succeed in the business. These skills are very many and may vary in intensity from one individual to another but these listed below here appear to be fairly common to almost all successful Affiliates in SFI.

- Honesty.
- Diligence.
- Persistence.

It is certainly a better goal to teach a smaller numbers of affiliates to remain EAs every month and to teach others to be EAs than to sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year with enormous time and resources and most of who will turn out inactive anyway. In that wise, you can adopt what SFI calls a 3-step plan for success. Here is how it works:

1. You become an Executive Affiliate, EA and remain an EA every month.

2. You recruit 5 Affiliates using every convenient marketing
