Do you differentiate your level of support for your downline depending on their rank?

Yes, because each downline has different needs. By differentiating I am not discriminating because of their rank.

For example, a downline who has attained the rank of Executive Affiliate would want to know how to maintain his rank. I would then suggest putting a standing order if funds will allow, or I would give TCredits to help with buying items from TripleClicks or participating in Pricebender auctions. The I would recommend reviewing the SFI Basics, especially the three ultra simple

Should I reach out to the affiliates on my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. generations...or leave support to their sponsor?

At the moment I have only 1 generation PSAs and CSAs so it is easy to reach out to them. I email them regularly just to keep in touch, sharing valuable tips I come across from the SFI Forum, and reminding them that I am there for them to help in any way I can. This I will continue to do especially when I have 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc. generations! I will keep on reaching out to them even if I don't ever hear from any of them, for they are on my team.

How do I present the SFI/TC opportunity to a prospect without "overselling" it and turning them off?

A lot of excellent answers have already been written by others but I can add a few more.

I love the simplicity of SFI marketing plan as it takes care of presenting the SFI/TC to prospects without the need to "oversell".

All we need to do is open our eyes for opportunity as it occurs, listen with empathy to people's problems, and learn where they're coming from.

To be a good active listener is an art- it invites trust. Don't present SFI opportunity at

Looking for the best type of businesses that we can send ECA Postcards to is both challenging as well a rewarding. There are heaps of them everywhere.

I think for newbies like me, novelty shops, Arts & Craft shops, book shops, dress shops, even hardware shops, are very good prospects to start with.

Shops that sell gourmet foodstuff and cookbooks are good ones too as well as bookshops selling rare and exclusive books would benefit from marketing their products online.

In order to win at the PB auction, you’ve got to be in it to win it.

First, make sure you really want the item being auctioned.

Ensure you have enough TCredits to bid with. If possible, buy in bulk TCredits to save. It also means you will not run out gas at the heat of the bidding war.

Before bidding put your entry in Pick The Price if the price is still under $1.

Check the time of the day when there are less bidders.

Check the list

How can I get my downline members to understand SFI and what to do?

I would suggest to them to read and understand the SFI Basics, The SFI Rules of Success and do the LaunchPad, the daily To-Do list and just concentrate on these so as not to overwhelm them with information.

I would also suggest to them to follow the 3 simple steps, as found in the SFI Basics:

1. Become an Executive Affiliate and remain an EA every month.
2. Sponsor/recruit 5 affiliates as per methods listed.
3. Teach these 5 new affiliates to do the 3 steps, teaching

How do you use the information in your Genealogy about the VP your affiliates (individually and collectively) have generated?

Genealogy is an excellent tool in building SFI business. It entails personal touch and enhance our leadership capabilities. I use it everyday to check who are the movers and shakers on my team, who are new and who needs assistance badly.

For the movers, I send personal letters of encouragement and commendation regularly, and when they reach a milestone, I reward them with 10 TCredits for their great work. I use the VP
each of my team members generated to gauge the amount of work they

When should we give up on CSAs who don't respond to our messages or do anything?

10 votes

Gliceria Pritchard, PB (Australia) 2/6/2013 2:01 am

Affiliate since: 11/29/2011, Power Rank: 22
My answer is: Never! There could be a number of reasons why CSAs are not responding to our messages or remain inactive since joining. Sometimes it is due to lack of resources on their part and not owning a personal computer is the problem most have to face. We'll never know the real reason that's why it's important we should not give up in reaching out to them.

However, we should also be practical. Time is money. As we work closely with workers and movers on our team, we can continue

How does sponsoring many affiliates help me?

Sponsoring many affiliates is the core of building a successful SFI business, so it is very important in helping me become successful.

Without a team of many affiliates it will be a struggle to maximize my income just by earning the required VersaPoints and generating TripleClicks sales on my own.

Sponsoring many affiliates will also ensure that my SFI business will grow in strength and profitability, by the power of duplication.

How do I encourage my affiliates to set up a Standing Order?

To encourage my affiliates to set up a Standing Order, I would explain to them the benefits of having one. I would share my experience in the beginning of how I was able to benefit from having two Standing Orders- one for S-Builder Co-op and one for IAHBE, and because of the combined VPs it has ensured I retain my EA ranking every month while at the same time I was able to devote more time in exploring and learning about other aspects of SFI. I would also mention it in my personal messages, to encourage
