Yes I can hear your frustration. Being rejected is common. You can not get everyone to sign up. No matter what you say people will still hold a negative view, you will not change this.
I take it with a grain of salt. I keep a smile on my face and reply it works for me because I am willing to participate daily and promote.
I let them know I am earning monthly. That if they did sign up they would be able to see my score board and see my results.
I also keep it short and sweet giving them my link to my SFI Dollar Wise Network. Informing them that if they do have a change of mind, they can always refer back to my training website for more information.
I stress also that I have been doing affiliate marketing since 2009. That I have seen a lot of sites come and go with the wind. That the internet is a very dangerous place if you are new to the idea of earning an income on line. I tell them to be fully aware of this fact and do not believe everything they read, that there are so many scams, ready to take their hard earned cash.
I also suggest for them to google SFI and see for themselves how they have been around for years and are still paying their members.
I then finish with saying. With a cheeky grin. I will keep you up to date with my progress. The shame is I will still be earning tomorrow whether you sign up or not.

This is so important. Here is where you read other experienced members recommendations plus tips on how to achieve results. Within no time at all you will get a much bigger and better understanding of SFI to pass on to all your PSA members etc.
I suggest to do what I did. I made notes of everything then put them into practice the next day. I always refer back to my knowledge base.
I read SC Questions daily as I find their is always new useful information being added daily, weekly, monthly,.
I feel we can all learn new things, no matter how long we have been a member of SFI.
New members bring fresh and new idea's on how to promote and market our links.

I purchase my domain which also includes a Blog.
I have been with my Domain Supplier since 2009. After I reactivated my SFI account in 2013. I went and changed the webmaster at my Domain.
Designing a training website for SFI solely.
I like the fact I can log in and design training individual pages.
Covering step by step guides on how to start with SFI. How to redeem Gift Card Codes. I also add a sales generating leads program for my team to follow.
I have a Leadership page for my new Team Leaders to follow and succeed.
I make sure to keep these pages updated Monthly.
I add all new SFI News at the blog supplied with this domain.
The beauty is all my down line at SFI have a website they can view. With all the answers to any questions they may have when I am off line.
I also offer to all my SFI Down line, to design their SFI websites if they join me at my domain supplier.
Changing my links to theirs. Which also gives them a sales generating leads program with numerous income resources.

I use the E Cards and send messages Via the Genealogy Tab Weekly.
I also have a training page at face book. With a training group set up at Skype.
I give all my down line my face book link. Telling them to check back often.
I also tell them to connect with me at skype, where I will add them to our Training group. This way all my team can connect with each other. Showing support when I am off line. Team support is the key.

Great question. As a Team Leader our job is to guide and support our teams.
Three things you need to learn first before starting.

How to SEND AN E CARD
First I send an E Card welcoming all my new PSA members. Explaining how to stay above the green line.
Click Movers. Then click the name of the person you want to send an E Card to.
Scroll down . Where you see this, E365 Currently in contention: YES Below it will say send an E Card.
Click the V drop down box and select what greeting you would like to use.
When replying to new PSA. I select Here to Help.
Click preview this card.
Greetings. Delete the writing you see first. Then add your heading.
Copy and paste the message to the left of the page that has popped up.
Into the empty box where it says Content.
Check it then at the bottom left click the box I agree.
Then click send message.

How to copy and paste.
Left click holding your mouse. Run it over what you wish to copy. It will be high lighted blue. Click the Ctrl and C button together. Bottom left of the key board.
Go and left click in the empty box to copy message over. Then Click the Ctrl and V key together.
Your message will appear where you clicked.

The first month concentrate on participating daily with SFI.
Check your VP ledger. Participate with the to do list. Click at the right. Read and succeed. Grey button START Blue button SFI BASICS Green Button Launch Pad.

First I never use the word Bribe. I would say support.
SFI is a well established proven program.
So many people jump from site to site in search of that quick dollar. Which never works.
They are very grateful when you offer them encouragement and support with T Credits, Gift Cards etc.
I use a Gift Card Capture link I designed. I then promote this at my favorite Traffic Exchanges. Capturing email addresses to welcome people who are interested in redeeming the codes.
I also reward all my new Team for participation. By reassigning new PSA members to their down line.
It is all about Team Support. YOU will only ever be as good as your team.
This is how you earn. So it is only right to reward the members that participate.

The only way it comes back to bite you. Is when members expect everything for nothing with no involvement or participation. Therefore it is of no importance.
I have discovered over the months participating with SFI to have a thick skin and ignore these sort of complaints. It is there lose not ours.
No matter how hard you try, not all your team will become involved.
