The SFI Forum is the best way to learn.
I finish each day before logging out, with checking what members have replied to new members questions at the forum.
Even tho I have been a member with SFI for over a year and a half, I feel I am still learning new things daily to share with my team.

I copy and paste all items of interest to my computer.
Then once a week I share Via the Genealogy these points of interest with all my team.

I also like responding and helping new members with my suggestions on how I participate daily with SFI.
We are a community that by supporting each other builds confidence and with sharing our knowledge we all benefit building and generating incomes with our SFI business.

Word of mouth is great. Also promoting promoting. Use Craig's list and blast your promoting to every city. Ask your up line where they sponsor and get results.
Set up a page at Facebook and Skype. Blast daily.
Google advertising and see what results pop up. If they are at the top of the Google page, they normally are great sites. Also you can read other members views about the sites before joining to promote Price bender Auctions.

Personally because I only speak English. I work with English Speaking people.
I also make new members aware of the great translator SFI provides.

I send all new members a Welcome ECard Via SFI telling them that I have transferred them to One of our Team Leader's that will be able to support them better than I can with understanding their native tongue and being able to answer any questions they may have.
This is the spirit of Team Building. Supporting my down line.

Once every 2-3 months I send an e Card asking if any of my team would be willing to support new members that speak their native tongue. I will reassign these members underneath them.

Do not stray to other sites promising you instant wealth and fortunes over night.
Do not jump from one site to the next in search of that quick dollar, it never works.

Do not believe everything you read when surfing and promoting.
It takes time dedication communication duplication and most important promoting to achieve success.

SFI provides you with all the tools you require. It is up to you, on how well you use them.

The home based business industry is always changing. What worked just a few years ago may not always work today. That’s why it’s so important to find the right company, the right system, AND the right TEAM.

Very Simple.
I write a plan on my computer then I work from it daily, so I do not miss any valuable points.
When reading the Ask SC I also copy and paste to this page any new information I feel I would like to refer back to.
This way I have it all organized and on hand to answer any of my down line's questions quickly.

I have set up a SFI Dollar wise Network site. This is where I record step by step guides for all my new down line to follow. I also update this website weekly with the site links for traffic exchanges etc that I promote SFI at weekly.
I have over 30 different sites listed here. This way I can just log in and click the links, do a little surfing then allocate credits to my SFI promotional link. I then close the window and move on to the next site.

Having my website makes it simple as we are not all on line on our computers at the same time.
Being in New Zealand, I find this very valuable as down line can go and read all the information here and find most answers to all their questions if I am asleep in bed.
There is nothing worse than waiting for your sponsor to reply.
I try to encourage all down line to follow my daily plan. Organization is the key.
To start daily at SFI then move on to promoting SFI daily.
Most important when you set goals and ask your down line to do the same. Make sure to put into practice what you suggest.
Example I make sure to have a standing order monthly.
I encourage this to be the first goal to set.
My second goal. I recommend is to source products from local markets to sell on down line ECA websites. I already make my own product that I sell.
Third goal is to promote and build.
