How do you lead your team and have duplication when they are confused about everything?

Great question. All newbies are confused at first so accept the challenge. The best way to lead is by example without pressure. All newbies need reassurance. They are very uncertain about SFI but since you are the sponsor you feel good about SFI. Find a way to transfer your positive energy that works for you. You can start a skype group, a facebook group, Google hangout group, LinkedIn group or just use the stream to post tips, and offer encouragement.

Leading by example speaks volumes by your badges. When a team member sees all of your badges then they know they are working with someone who is serious about the business. No badges - no commitment. Moreover, don't pressure your affiliates to do anything. Let them ask the right questions. If they don't then you can't help them. Communication is not a monologue. They must be willing to communicate with you. If not, find a team member who is and answer their questions.

The better investment between TCredits or the S-builder Co-op will be TCredits. Not that the S Builder has no value but TCredits are the currency of all the EagerZebra games and Price Bender Auctions. TCredits create commission volume but the S Builder does not but the S Builder does help to foster network sales. TCredits are like money in the sense that you can take money and buy what you want. Every TCredit spent earns you MRP and sometimes double MRP! Not to mention all of the other mighty benefits of TCredits. There is no question in my mind that if I had 1000 dollars to spend I'd spend all of it on TCredits!

1. Build a blog.

Your blog will be an outlet to the masses to talk about all things related to SFI/TripleClicks. Don't forget, content is king. If you post things like "SFI is the best home base business in the world. Come join us!" no one will. People need to know what's in it for them. It has to solve a pain point in their business or everyday life. Therefore write about features, benefits, and why SFI is the best. Pull in content from across the Web to compare SFI with other businesses like it. Never put down any company or opportunity. Just present facts, and let people make up their own mind as they will.

2. Sell TripleClicks products.

Obviously, everyone doesn't like to sell products, but there is good reason to do so. It is tied to the compensation plan, and everyone that takes advantage of this will definitely take home a bigger piece of the pie. In order words, don't just rely on network sales, promote products yourself. It will not kill you and it will make you richer when you do it effectively.

3. Support and grow your network.

I can't emphasize enough some SFI Forum posts should be directed to a caring and capable sponsor, co-sponsor, or upline. Some believe that those who want success bad enough will get it and those who don't will "die off." While that may be true, it may be that some fail because the others don't lend a hand. Attrition is inevitable, so keep recruiting until you get the number of active affiliates you need to reach your income goals.

4. Build Strategic Alliances

No business is going to be success alone. Not only can you learn from others but you may actually be able to cut the cost of your advertising through co-opting. You can take it a step further and gain valuable services, such as a blog writing service, Website design, promotion, and advertising, and so many other things. Having a business is great, but it does put the burden of proof on you, the business owner. Never be afraid to outsource those things that you are not as knowledgeable about, so you can focus on things you are good at.

Everyone is shy from their training as children to stay away from people you don't know. It's ingrained into your subconscious. So everyone has to deal with the fear of speaking to people they don't know. The best way to do this is to speak to everyone you meet. You don't have to have an hour long conversation with them - just say hello. Some people will say hello back. Some will look and smile. Others will just flat out ignore you and rush on!

Remember it's not you, it's their subconscious telling them what they already know is true - I don't know you! So continue the exercise until you don't feel like you are doing something wrong by saying hello. Graduate to a small conversation. You know, small talk. Like . . you know today is a beautiful day. Perhaps to your surprise, a complete stranger will engage your conversation! Especially when you are confident yourself.

So improving your presentation is all about confidence and foreknowledge of the subject of the conversation. Anyone feels awkward when they speak of things they are uncertain of or don't completely understand. Simply put try to be the expert yet be congenial and pause for the response of others. Soon you will be very good at speaking to people just by practicing this simple strategy.

What is the difference between working hard...and working SMART in SFI? How do I make sure I'm in the second group?

I love this question because I was in the first group for a long time! I logged in everyday and did all of the actions but I still didn't make the money I needed to make. I did little advertising and mostly when I did it was free ads. I didn't have a clear image of the big picture. I didn't know where I was going in SFI so I felt lost. That's working hard . . . going through the motions with no sense of direction.

Now I'm learning to work smart. I have a definite plan that works. All anyone has to do is plug into the system and duplication is automatic. I can reach milestones because I know that all milestones are a combination of AVP and SVP. I earn all the AVP I can then I transfer buy the SVP. That's it. With all of the changes coming, I am teaching my team to think this way. The year 2016 is going to be the biggest year yet for SFI. The value of shares is going to skyrocket because active members will be supporting active members. That's what the comp plan rewards. No matter which milestone achievement is the goal, I know have a clear plan of action to support my team to ensure they reach milestones; therefore, I'll make milestones.

To come up with good content for your weekly newsletters is not difficult when you read a lot. You have to subscribe to many useful business forums and publications on and offline. That's what I do. As a result I have enough material to write about for a lifetime.

Nonetheless, you should be sure that the material is relevant to your audience. Many SFI affiliates are brand new to marketing online or offline. So you have to give them information that they can digest and understand. Keep your newsletter around 8th grade level. There is no need to impress anyone with how much you know about SFI.

The purpose of your newsletter is to educate and inform your readers so that they can become more profitable at SFI. Accordingly, there are 100s of pages of information inside of the affiliate center. Pick any aspect and expound on it in a fresh and informative way. The objective is to shed more light on the subject. For example you can write about the compensation plan on week and then write about Pricebender auctions the next. There is so much you can write about so be creative and original yet straightforward and brief. Newsletters are good tools to use to encourage activity within your network so I highly recommend them.

English is the most widely taught language in the world. So whether or not someone is from an English speaking part of the world as you know it; most likely, they use English as a second language. You wouldn't know this just by casual observation but you can tell if you get emails in foreign languages as I have. All I do is use Google Translate and send them the answer in their native language. So yes, you can recruit anyone from anywhere.

Moreover, if I get movers that are really heating things up, I'll reassign them affiliates from their region of the world. This is because they can relate to the culture and economics in that part of the world better than I. I can research it and learn about it. But first hand knowledge is superior to second hand knowledge in most cases.

No. Selling is selling and no matter where you are, you have to sell to a targeted market. While there are some different factors for exporters/importers to consider, in the end, the presentation for an ECA in Africa need not be different for an ECA in America. Some people are mistaken to think that just because you are in America you can get automatic success in business. This is not true. Just like it is not true that you can't have a successful business in Africa. The principle of selling never changes at the base level. The methodology may change for the ECA to reach his/her target audience.

If you are trying to attract ECAs, your angle is to tell them that they can tap into a ready made market with TripleClicks. There are more than 2M TripleClicks members from all over the world and more than 1M affiliates. So the benefit for any ECA regardless of where they are from is to tap in the sales force of 1M affiliates and a potential 2M customers. What are some good phone scripts to use in welcoming new affiliates, or contacting your warm market?

There are several inside of the marketing center. As always use them as an example and come up with something that works for you. As far as contacting your warm market, there are text ads and other marketing methods in the marketing center. Use the one that works for you ie, E-Cards, X-cards, or T-Cards. You can create your own business card and hand it to your prospects. I use all of the tools in the marketing center because they are effective when presented the right way.

A sample greeting to welcome your new affiliate: "Hello, Welcome to Strong Future International. We will work together to reach your SFI goals. I am available by email, group, or skype." Use a welcome E-Card and this message.

A sample phone script for your answering service: " Hey, I'm sorry I missed your call. Do leave a brief message and I will contact as soon as possible. If you'd like to an extra $100 to your budget just ask me how."

Be creative and original and you will be okay. Tracking still applies so if you are not getting the results you would like just make adjustments. Keep improving. Keep moving forward.
