"How can I help the Movers on my team move up to the next level?"
Excellent goal. For starters that's why the 'Movers' tab exists so you can work with your workers! Of course, the same rule applies to movers as to inactives as far as getting them to take action on your recommendations. You can't make anyone do anything that they are not willing to do. They don't work for you or care that you are their sponsor. They care about 1 thing and that is THEIR progress. Never give your movers the impression that you want to make money off of them. They'll die out faster than flies! Listen to them and help them achieve their goals.
The best way to help your movers stay alive is to help them from the stand point of their goals and budget. Everyone has some descretionary income that they can use to grow their business. All you need to do is cut back on unnecessary purchases like pizza, soda, etc. Remind your movers that everyone can set aside a budget so that they can grow their business. It is important that every serious affiliate has a budget. What's important also is that you understand that everyones budget is different. So if an affiliate can't set a SO for 125 pk of TCredits then maybe they can set one for a 50 pk of TCredits. It's all beneficial and as long as they use their TCredits wisely; they benefit!.
Secondly, they must be open to your recommendations. If so, great then if not then no sweat. Just give them the praise and support that they deserve. We are all independent business owners and as such we are responsible for our own success. So many people like to do things their way. That's okay - as long as they are making progress. Let them do it the way they would like to. If they want to have a SO they can and if not then it is okay. There is no purchase requirement and those that choose to set a SO reap those rewards. If they want to talk to you by phone great but if not then that's okay too. I have called some of my team members by phone and spoke with them. Some people like it and some don't. Find out what works for support each mover and stick with that for them. There is no all in one solution.
Finally, one you have a mover that is open to you then you give them simple steps to take to achieve their next milestone. They will appreciate clarity and it will give them a sense of accomplishment when they are making good progress. Find out what their income goal is and work with them on a plan to achieve that income level with their business. You are the leader and so when you have done everything else right your movers will listen to your recommendations. That's duplication. That's how you help your movers move from 1 milestone to the next.

How do you explain to team members why VersaPoints appear to reset to zero at the start of each month?

You simply tell them the truth that each month everyones monthly VP total is reset to zero. This means every month you have to requalify for milestone achievements. Commissions are paid on the VP you earn from month to month. The cummulative total of VP are used to maintain power ranking only. Those VP will start to roll off after 180 days. This levels the playing field for all affiliates and encourages those affiliates who may think that they can't possibly achieve the higher VP totals due to lack of resources. The training VP don't roll off and again that only serves to maintain your power ranking after the first month.

What is the ONE thing your affiliates struggle with most...and how do you address it?

The hardest thing for affiliates to do is to get started. SFI has an ultra simplified SFI Basics page and I usually send this link to them in a ECard welcoming them to my team. I'd love to say that they feel the love . . .but most you never hear from which means they were paid to sign-up from a PTC or PTR site. I try to avoid this advertising like the plague and I don't recommend it to my team.
The rule of thumb is to work with the workers. When someone is serious about getting started then you can tell. They usually go ahead and become EA. It is so easy to do this using the concept of transfer buying. I always recommend that my team shops TripleClicks for items that they need it business and around the house. There is something for every budget so no needs to despair about getting started.

I'm told to lead by example in SFI...but how can I demonstrate this to my PSAs and CSAs?

Leading by example is easy. We have merit badges and these display our efforts to our team. So if you expect your team to achieve merit badges then you should achieve them. To date I have 34 merit badges and counting. So if you were in my network and clicked on my profile how might this inspire you?
Some may say, he's privileged or a senior affiliate. Yet others will doubtless say if he did it, I can do it too! That's leading by example. You inspire others to reach higher milestones by achieving this yourself. Be accessible and available. Aloofness doesn't help anyone's case in network marketing sales. So if you are not a people person you are definitely in the wrong line of work.

How can I promote the products of my favorite ECAs and earn commissions?

You can easily promote any ECA by using the information in the marketing center. Remember, TripleClicks is your superstore within a store. Every ECA's products are tied to your TripleClicks account. So when you review are product that you like to promote it all you have to do is to click on the product link and you will get a unique link so you can promote the product or the ECA.
You can promote as many ECAs as you like on your social channels by sharing information about products with your social circles. You can promote all across the web everywhere you can for free and don't be afraid to test small paid campaigns. When you have the paid ad attributes right then scale up for greater profits.

Which is better to do...recruit PRMs or PSAs?

Some people would argue that you should promote for PRMs because active PRMs spend money on TripleClicks products. But so do active PSAs. Furthermore, a PRM can stay a PRM or choose to become a PSA, or ECA. But PSAs are essentially both PRMs and PSAs. Should they decide to open a store, then they can.
In conclusion, it's not whether or not they are PRMs or PSAs that matters but rather if they are actively supporting TripleClicks. This is what makes commissions - sales! Whether they are a PRM, ECA, or PSA doesn't matter if they are inactive. Given the same activity, I'd say you stand to gain more from active PSAs because they create leverage for network sales.

How can we help our team members benefit from the W3 program who are new to using the internet and do want not to use any social media platforms?

Not everyone likes to be on Facebook. Simply tell them how it works and to share this information with people on their contact list. Email, telephone, word of mouth, and direct mail still are very plausible ways of promotion. It may be necessary to weed out any prospects that are homophobic or worried about someone getting their personal information. Trust me, they already know or know where to look if they wanted to find out.
That said, if someone doesn't understand how it all works just explain it in layman's terms. I'd say something like if you like playing games and shopping for deals online then would you mind helping me spread the word about my TripleClicks store online? Great, here are a few gift cards for your family and friends. Should you join, then you can give more gift cards to your other friends and family which will allow you to get great members only rewards and save you time and money shopping for gifts for the people you love.

How do you plan to promote the new Eager Zebra game, Uber-Picks?

I promote Uber Picks the same as I promote everything else by using the tools in the marketing center. You can share banners on your blogs and social networks. You can also put banners in advertising exchanges. The key to good results is consistency and frequency. You can't just post 1 banner in 1 exchange and forget promoting elsewhere. Place banners in 100s of exchanges which have high traffic and you are bound to get a few signups.
Since you started your SFI business, how has your focus changed? What do you do differently now?

Since you started your SFI business, how has your focus changed? What do you do differently now?
Yes, my focus has changed since I joined a few years ago. SFI was different then and their was little support from the old forum, no Ask SC, No A2A, support was struggling to handle calls and do the daily business. I remember reaching out to my upline and sponsor - no support there in the beginning. I posted a few ads and looked for my big payday!
Well it didn't come in 2007, 2008, or 2009. But sometime in 2010, I logged into SFI and noticed a few changes. I started to actually study the material. Then I learned what was involved. So later that year I did a paid advertising campaign and my SFI business changed forever!
What I learned is that I didn't need anyone to do for me what I needed to do for myself - learn how to build this business. Later the ECA program came along and I jumped right in. I sold thousands of dollars worth of merchandise on TripleClicks. I focused on the ECA and built it up to over 400 products in about 3 years. When the ECA didn't serve me well enough to reach my goals, I've resolved to sell on my own domain. Yes, I still promote other affiliates as I am a TripleClicks member and SFI business owner.
Again I've had to adjust my focus from listing and selling my own products on TripleClicks to helping other ECAs sell their products and supporting the growth of my sales team. Now I am a Gold Team Leader for the second time and I really have some good people working with me. I look forward to going all the way to the top. What I learned is that if you stick with the basics: refer, sponsor, and duplicate the compensation plan rewards you for your efforts. My emphasis is to work with the workers. Aiming higher and dreaming bigger as always.

Good communication with our team is vital in SFI, but what if we are not good writers; how do we learn to write well?

"Good communication with our team is vital in SFI, but what if we are not good writers; how do we learn to write well?"
Practice. Practice. Practice. That's the only way to get good at something is to do it over and over with constructive criticism along the way. Improve with each writing and soon you will writing proficiently. Also you can learn from other works:
1. The Chicago Manual of Style
2. The Element of Style
3. MLA Writing Guide
4. APA Writing Guide
Typically good readers are good writers too because they have a broad vocabulary to write from. You can also join a writing group, get a writing coach, start a blog or a journal, proofread what you write, and be proficient in English or the language that you are writing in.
