Good that you asked this question. Most of the memers (Evem SFI Leaders do not know how to contact them)

Here are some of the methods:

1. Go to geneaology and see if there is a GREEN rectangle against their name. If it is there, You consider yourself lucky. You can use their email id to interact with them

2. Problem arises when the rectangle is white, because they have not confirmed their registration. Try to locate them on Social Media Network. You can find them somewhere.

3.. Once you find them them ask them to confirm their email id and earn 100 VPs as well.

4.. Go to “my movers”tab and contact them through PMs.

5.. Send them PSAs/CSAs mailers in the hope that sometimes they may wake up. Let them sleep tight now.

6. Keep your all communication channels open, never leave them alone. Never quit them as useless, co’z you do not know their real condition.

7.. Always send them greetings on various occasions to show them that you have not forgotten then.

Let’s see what is basically a brainstorming means. As per Wikipedia:
Brainstorming is a group creativity technique by which efforts are made to find a conclusion for a specific problem by gathering a list of ideas spontaneously contributed by its members.
The term was popularized by Alex Faickney Osborn in the 1953 book Applied Imagination.
Osborn claimed that two principles contribute to "ideative efficacy," these being :

1. Defer judgment,
2. Reach for quantity.

Following these two principles were his four general rules of brainstorming, established with intention to :

• reduce social inhibitions among group members.
• stimulate idea generation.
• increase overall creativity of the group.

1. To go for quantity: This rule is a means of enhancing divergent production, aiming to facilitate problem solving through the maxim quantity breeds quality. The assumption is that the greater the number of ideas generated, the bigger the chance of producing a radical and effective solution.

2. Withhold criticism: In brainstorming, criticism of ideas generated should be put 'on hold'. Instead, participants should focus on extending or adding to ideas, reserving criticism for a later 'critical stage' of the process. By suspending judgment, participants will feel free to generate unusual ideas.

3. Welcome wild ideas: To get a good and long list of ideas, wild ideas are encouraged to have. They can be generated by looking from new perspectives and suspending assumptions. These new ways of thinking might give you better solutions.
In order to Brainstorm for the purpose of getting New affiliates for SFI Business or raise the rank of each affiliates to minimum of an EA2, and finally create Team Leaders, one senior most affiliate can take the lead.

Other affiliate can send their ideas to him on aggressive advertising to get more affiliates. Once a bigger team is formed, the leader can re-assign the new affiliates equally to all the members of the team.

So, you do not work in isolation. Everyone works for the common goal of Team Building and building the SFI Business for each and every one.

In addition to the above, we can re-assign some active members to our movers in the second month.

The SFI’s Designated Diamonds (DD) program is directly aligned with THE PLAN – which prescribes five serious PSAs and working together towards the mutual goal of becoming a Diamond Team Leader.

Here it may take some time for the New affiliate to be recognized for DD program, but the older affiliates either would have proven their worth or would have shown their incapability to be inducted in New DD Program.

Here is how it works:

• Up to 10 invitations may be issued if you are an EA2
• Up to 12 invitations may be issued if you are a BTL
• Up to 14 invitations may be issued if you are a STL
• Up to 16 invitations may be issued if you are a GTL
• Up to 20 invitations may be issued if you are a PTL

Depending upon the rank you hold, you can invite 10 to 20 PSAs. Essentially, they need to workers in your Mover Tab with a minimum Standing Order of 1500 VPs.

Use the following strategies: -

1. Communicate with them daily.
2. Monitor their progress.

Although money (cash certificates), TCredits, Assignment of good affiliates can be considered good gifts for your PSAs/CSAs but how long and much would you be able to give is the real questions.

There goes a story like this:

You give a fish (fried/curry/or roasted) plus rice of course, to a hungry man. It will serve a purpose of feeding him for only one meal on that particular day. In stead of feeding him daily, it would be better to teach him how to fish. So that he can fill his stomach every day himself. The same thing applies to SFI.

TEACHING/DUPLICATION IS THE BEST GIFT

1. As soon as someone joins you, send him a nice welcome e-card message with a suitable image.

2. Setting up communication with your PSAs/ CSAs is very important otherwise you best gifts are not going to reach him

3. Send him/her 5 TCredits as applicable to get started for playing EZ Games and have fun.

4. Emphasize upon logging him/her daily to gain 15 VPs daily.

5. Teach him how to make a blog and start marketing SFI/TC/EZ Games gateways

Now a days, the English language is taught in almost all the countries of the world as a second language. So, there is no communication problem such as.

OK, even if we go as per your assumption that there are language barriers in the communication, we have a software known as “Google Translate”.

As per Wikipedia, Google Translate is a free multilingual statistical machine translation service provided by Google to translate text, speech, images, or real-time video from one language into another. It offers a web interface, mobile interfaces for Android and iOS, and an API that developers can use to build browser extensions, applications and other software.

As of February 2016, Google Translate supports 90 languages at various levels and serves over 200 million people daily.

In SFI, I have been using Google Translate software successfully since 2011 to communicate with my affiliates in Russian, German, French, Spanish, Croatian, Serbian, Harvaski etc.

If I can succeed, I think anyone can succeed in SFI business in building up an International Team of foreign affiliates.
