By looking for real examples and successful affiliates on SFI , best way to stay in contact would be through team mails with active PSAs and CSAs the. Open the "My Movers" tab on the Home page and you will find a list of your most active and potential PSAs or CSAs. Keep their track in Genealogy and make sure you give them tips, make personal questions, if you get notified that they win something or they upgrade status - congratulate them.. etc.

I try to send team mails at least

This is very good and useful question arises from not only the Executive affiliate but also from the new affiliates-- how they shall build a business team in sfi and how they should maintain and lead their team to become successful.
Then the question arises on how they will make contact with their fellow team members who have been personally recruited by them and have been achieved from co op program.

In this case I suggest you to give them a warm greeting

This is what I personally do:

I first have a scheduled date for my newsletters to go out to both my PSA's and CSA's. Example newsletter goes out on the 15th of very month.
So when I receive notification of a new PSA or CSA I send them a personal introduction letter because they will already see a welcome letter from me. I don't want to overwhelm them with information. the new PSA's and CSA's will spend thier first month doing the launch pad and reading about SFI so I would set them

Hi indeed this is a very good question and have been answered by lot of experts, However the question is answered as below which will help to identify the real need for remaining in contact with PSAs and CSAs.

1. Motivate the PSAs and CSAs through weekly emails.
2. Use the social networking sites like Facebook, twitter and stay connect with them and help them to clarify the queries on a real time basis.
3. Followup with the emails to get to know each other better so that you

I would say that once a week you can send a group e-mail reminding your PSAs and CSAs of the latest news in the SFI or new contests, if any.

Once you get a new sign-up you should contact them immediately in order to give them instructions on how to collect 500 VP in first 24 hours and receive a FastTrack Badge.
Afterwards you can send them a series of e-mails explaining the basic start up actions – how and why to become an EA, what is the purpose of duplication, details about compensation

By checking your geneology always, you will be able to see the PSAs and CSAs who are really active and those that are inactive. As for those PSAs and CSAs who are active, you can stay in contact with them by messaging them and chatting with them once in awhile to boost more their confidence. Confidence in the sense, that you will always remind them to reach for their goals and never stop believing in the things that they do and want in life. For those PSAs and CSAs who are inactive, it is best

A very important question!
Contact with PSA and CSA members is of utmost importance for our work in SFI. Many members give up work at SFI because of poor contact with their sponsors and co sponsors. For me as a member of SFI, good contact with the sponsor and other upline its very important and encouraging, and provided me daily support and help for all things that was part of the job. This practice I continued with my members PSA and CSA. Share your ideas with them whenever I have something

Hello,
Am glad you asked this question, it gives me a chance to share my views.
First time communication is very important to both PSAs and CSAs.
I stay in touch with my new PSAs for the first 3days,then I continue with weekly Team mails.
Here is how I stay in contact with my PSAs and CSAs:
For first time PSAs
Day 1-I send a welcome message to their registered email addresses

Let’s start with the new PSA that you acquire. Since they are fresh they need all the support that they can get. If they get good support from the start they will pass this behavior on to their downline. So with new PAS would be as proactive as possible. Include them in the weekly cycle and don’t forget to congratulate and encourage them, when they achieve one of the milestones.

Active PSA (EA and up) are your future. Show them that you are there as their sponsor; and keep them in

Hi Eva,

Lets answer the first part;
a) The ways to stay connected would depend on the availability of the team members. For example, for all the PSA and CSA who belong to your country you can easily connect with them over telephone and wireless systems, Wats Apps and other messenger services.
b) For the group of people who are at remote locations you can get connected with them through Skype, Chat software and internet by mails.
c) For others you can send in a Team mailer
