For me, the best way of communicating with my downline is through email. I can easily spot a new message and then I can answer in due time. I can also send attachments, pictures and other useful materials with the help of email. This works best for me, because I noticed that not every PSA/CSA likes to be contacted on facebook or skype, but majority likes to be contacted with an email, because they can choose whether they want or not to answer and they can answer whenever they want.

To me..the best way to stay in touch with your PSAs and CSAs varies.

You can use your genealogy and send a weekly news latter to them generally as you direct or tell them what to do to be successful. You can also use it to check on them as you appreciate them on their effort too.

You should also know that any CSA you have has his or her sponsor and uplines, therefore the sponsor and uplines plays more role in guiding or assisting them.
For your PSAs they expect much from

It is best to determine the level of interest of whom you are engaging in a conversation ranging from those who are very eager who are almost impatient to wait for your response down to those who never show any manifestation of interest to know what SFI can do best for their future.

In my experience, very eager affiliates are those as I told almost impatient to wait for your answer to their question or request of assistance. As much as possible do not leave a lull moment as it may trigger

I joined SFI since 2010 but have been inactive until last year December and I am in my 2nd month with SFI now and still learning from my own experience. I have gathered some strategies and been learning to apply them everytime.. I am also in a tight budget but then its only a matter on how you apply small resources to gain bigger results. ENCOURAGEMENT, PATIENCE and PERSEVERANCE are the keys to succeed WITH YOUR PSAs AND CSAs.

Some best ways that I have used and worked for me is:

Team mail, and SFI SMS are great ways to stay connectecd with all of your downline members.

Personally I send out a Team Newsletter once per week and then through out each week I connect personally with members of my down-line to get to know them better as well as answer questions they may have while they are learning about SFI and growing their own business.

Communication is important for any team. To be able to connect with fellow team members is key so you may need to solicit

As we all know our PSAs and CSAs success determines our level of success. Since this is the case the line of communication must always be open and functional.
In my view communication is determined by the level of activity within your team. If your members are active then regular communication is necessary let us say twice per week would be good. However, the rate of communication would also increase if particular members require some sort of assistance.

For Semi-active to non-active

Hello,

I think the best ways you can communicate with your PSA's & CSA's is first by sending them an email by going to each new member profile getting their email address then sending them a Welcome to SFI message within the first hour or so of them Joining if you can?!

Then send them a Team mail, do this by clicking on the tm tab next to their name in Genealogy.

Then once a week send Your whole Team messages of support, give praise for one or more of your Team

I would say the best way to contact my PSAs and CSAs is to email them immediately on their personal email addresses as soon as they are assigned to us.
By SFIM CHAt, , I immediately grab the opportunity to communicate with them and encourage them, and always ask how I can help them.
Always be on the alert to help them.
Why I mention this, is because my Upline Sponsor was always available to help me and encourage me.
Create your Leadership page and inform and notify your team

I would say the best way to stay in contact with your PSAs and CSAs is not always the internal message system initially of course you would want to use it for the first few contacts, however what most people are looking for when they connect is actual contact to know that the person writing them is real and not some bot, there is lot of skepticism about online businesses and scams where people are supposedly signed up and you should never exchange E-Mail addresses with them, against the rules of
