How do you get your affiliates to approach their SFI business realistically, like a real business, and not some get unrealistic rich quick scheme?

I would inform them that this is their new business venture, where it all depends on them to work at it and make it grow.
Dedication and persistence are required.
Setting goals will help, but for a new beginner, they are overwhelmed, like I was with all the data, learning, training, marketing tools, may become too much!
This is the point that one needs the guidance of his/her Sponsor and or Co-Sponsor.

What are the best ways to stay in contact with PSAs and CSAs and how often is best?

I would say the best way to contact my PSAs and CSAs is to email them immediately on their personal email addresses as soon as they are assigned to us.
By SFIM CHAt, , I immediately grab the opportunity to communicate with them and encourage them, and always ask how I can help them.
Always be on the alert to help them.
Why I mention this, is because my Upline Sponsor was always available to help me and encourage me.

I was very fortunate indeed to have my Mom as my Sponsor.
She gave me advice and tips and took away all my fears, BUT, she has been tough on me.
Why? Because she knows she can get me off to a good start, but now its time that I spread my wings and work on my own and build my team of affiliates.
There is so much information and learning material available to all of us.
We must now make use of all the correct tools we have in our hands.
