When communicating with your downlines and staying contact with them, you can avail with the following methods available in SFI:

1. Team Mail: This method is fast and effective in staying contact with your PSAs?CSAs. When they log in, they can check and respond to your messages. It is also suited for contacting your PSAs/CSAs individually.

2. PSA Mailer/CSA Mailer: You can use these mailers specifically for sending messages correspondingly tailored to your PSAs or CSAs.

The easiest way would be with the mailers, under the Power Tools tab on Home page. I would recommend using the appropriate mailer for each group rather than the more generic team mailer.

Also would advise individually direct emailing your best Movers, encouraging them in their efforts with congratulation-type messages.

Initially, I would say group mailings no more than twice per week.

Movers, email them on an as-needed basis. If they are doing well, maybe only once

There are all kinds of different ways of staying in touch, but the first contact should be through e-mail if possible. Although some of your PSAs and CSAs may be too intimidated or have other reasons not to include their real e-mail address when they sign up, so it's pretty much impossible to contact them unless they come on the site and log in. Also with some it's impossible to know if they're receiving your e-mails because they just don't respond no matter what you do.

Don't let this

Hello and thank you for your question.

To communicate with your PSAs or CSAs, one can use the following methods:

1. PSA mailer, CSA mailer or Genealogy group mailer
2. Stream function
3. Direct email
4. Social networking sites, newsletters or blogs.

The best method to use depends largely on the type of message to be addressed to the affiliates. Method 1 is good as a means of supporting and encouraging your affiliates on a weekly basis. The stream function

This question requires only a small answer but I will tell you in an elaborate but in a simple way so that everyone will understand the importance of communication.

As I have grown in SFI, I think I have, the number of PSAs/CSAs on my list have increased significantly. To manage them and keep in touch, I have found these methods useful....

a) The Genealogy is a highly effective especially as you can filter the PSAs/CSAs into various categories such as performing, non-performing or your movers, those who joined recently and much more.....

b) The other option is skype. I give out my skype ID in the regular emails I send out.

Hi Eva,

There are a number of ways to stay in contact with PSA's and CSA's described below:

# Whenever a new PSA/CSA joins your team you should send a proper welcome message explaining the basic structure of SFI and how to get started.

# You should follow with a "Daily task tips" after the previous mail, which would explain their daily proceedings along with other features.

# You should send weekly newsletters containing, weekly points available,

In my opinion there are no worse or better ways to contact your affiliates, but I'd rather use Group/Genealogy Mailer instead of writing to each of them separately unless you have a real movers and workers that you would contact in person. Generally, however, the group mailer is the best option here in my opinion.

How often? It depends on what you want to communicate. I, for example, have a series of 9 training letters so far and still writing new ones. I send the first letter (the welcome

Here are my thoughts on this:

I consider email the best way to stay in touch with your team. You can put your thoughts in writing, review them and hit send. Plus, you can email a group of affiliates at the same time.

How often? No more than once a week for the first month after them joining. They receive one message a day from SFI (Launchpad) and more than a weekly email from you, offering support, may be overwhelming for the new affiliates.
After the first month I recommend
