HI, listen you have got to get inside their heads. Friend them on face book, there is a chance to connect with them on video which really makes a good impression. Also in reviewing their profile on face book you get to know their likes on music and movies this makes connecting to them on a more personal level much more affective.
Use you SFI communications they are good, but remember they may not come back to the site so use their personal email also. Just ask if there is anything you can help them with. Never force never push, INVITE and ALLOW them to use your knowledge to further THEIR goals. thanks for the minute.

One of the features we have here at SFI are the PSA and CSA mailer. There's also the Team mail if You have to send something for your whole team. We can also use regular email since our teams' individual email are on our Genealogy. Now as to the frequency of emails, that woyld depend on the individual needs of your PSAS and CSAs. I'd suggest consulting your 'Movers' Tab to check with ones are in need of close attention hence more personalized twice weekly emails. The rest could do with the weekly generic mailings.

From my experience of almost one year it is well to evaluate your implication in accordance with their answers and/or with the evolution of their VP Ledger. Weekely team mails should exist and be brief but consistent and useful. The PSAs and CSAs who answer your questions should be stimulated and sustained with good advice and/or with incentives (T-Credists, Gift Certificates of different values etc)
There are many ways you can stay connected with PSAs and CSAs.First and foremost,add them to your friend list on social sites and discuss with them about SFI business often.By doing so,you will win there trust and they will give you a helping hand in this business.
Above all,you can also have there telephone contact and converse with them once in a month about SFI.In these way you will create a good rapport with them and you will form a healthy group.

At first every week genealogy group mail is best way to contact with psa and csa, then if any member interested then you can connect with sfi chat or many social networking site like facebook,gmail etc. and also in stream tab you can share something for psa and csa. i think now that present time facebook use all people from all over world, its a best way i think for connect with them.
Very good question, for me the best way is to use skype with voice or with text chat. if a person doesn't have skype, no problem, you can use or an email or a private message on sfi or other chat client. once or twice at week for me is a good time, but if you have some questions to do, it's so much better conctact psa/csa daily. the same strategy can be used to contact sponsor and cosponsor.

Good question indeed! The best way to stay in contacts with PSA's and CSA's is by asking them about their convenient time and note down in a diary, if we want to converse over telephone.Otherwise,taking prior appointment from them, if we want to meet them personally.By doing so they feel that they have been given importance.
Sometimes, we can even invite them to a cafeteria for a cup of coffee and discuss too.
