What are the best ways to stay in contact with PSAs and CSAs and how often is best?

At first every week genealogy group mail is best way to contact with psa and csa, then if any member interested then you can connect with sfi chat or many social networking site like facebook,gmail etc. and also in stream tab you can share something for psa and csa. i think now that present time facebook use all people from all over world, its a best way i think for connect with them.
How can we convince our PSAs that they should become TripleClicks WAVE3 members?

we should tell them of advantage of W3 member, first of all we should tell about contest where they can win upto $200 for refer other W3 member, then we should tell about every month they get free tc and mrp and i think we have to tell about marketing tragedy with w3 member, hope they will convinced. after all if anyone W3 badge will see then public will know that they are active member its a very plus point for them.
What is your advice to those who want to pursue this business but have limited time to invest into it?

very good question it is, in this business i think time is essential for learning first and then collect vp, after all we have to achieve min rank EA for every month it means 1500vp min. so if any one has no more time for invest, they should purchase every month, it means either invest time or money. then you ll achieve success.
I have heard about Team Leaders with groups numbering in the tens of thousands! What do they do differently to build such a huge downline?

I think for that at first we should be a good sponsor, for that they communicate for maximum time daily until his psa fully learn, then they transfer t-credit, set contest at leadership page. they behave like a family member.all time they support to his psa then those psa will be active member and their team will be strong.
