Interesting question, and how you interpret it depends on your answer.

"How do you deal with PSAs who rate you poorly?" - so does this mean you have more than one PSA who has done so?

If so, the answer lies with you. What did you do? Or more relevantly what did you NOT do? What has been lacking in your leadership and support that has caused a PSA, or several, to rate you badly?

How do you feel about how I have asked this? Does it make you upset? Do you feel

Hello!

I have only one CSA who rates me poorly. I've always believed in direct approach, so I made sure I was doing everything a good sponsor should do, and then contacted him with a direct question:

I need to improve my sponsor rating. Do you have any suggestions for me? How can I be a better sponsor?

He never replied, so I even joked about him not liking me, and said it's ok, but still no reply.

So, I gave up. I am focusing on my work and being the greatest

This is a reasonable question, and how these things can happened when you are a reliable leader in conducting the work of SFI. Votes conferred by PSAs or CSAs is probably right too because they may not know who you are actually in the business of SFI and might be also be caused by several major factors that can cause them to vote for you to vote unreasonable.

So to tackle this problem, we as leaders should not give up hope when they make the appearance of such a ballot and instead we

well I guess what I would do and deal with my PSAs or CSAs who have rated me poorly despite my unconditional support and assistance will Beas follow:

Take everything that comes along with a pinch of salt and don't be too agitated nor carried away or disappointed over it as there could be so many variables and expectations and perspectives besides cultural differences background and the whole lot of it.

So I would still try my level best to offer support and assistance to those

You can't impress everybody. lf you feel like giving unconditional support to your PSAs and the rest of your team can help not only for your own growth but for everybody below you, then continue what you are doing the best thing that you can. Someday somehow they will realize that you have been there for them in the process. So don't feel upset. They might not notice your support by now, but SFI is tracking your contributions in this business and l do believe that someday somehow too, you will be

Sometimes this will happen when a PSA is rushing to get points and did not really pay attention to what they voting. I would start the week before the end of the month and send out a team mail explaining the importance of them rating their sponsor and encouraging them to give you a good rating. You might say something like " I strive to be the best possible sponsor and remind you that I am here to help you. If there is anything that I can be doing to better serve you, I'd love to hear from you.

First, find out the reason why.
Then do your best to eliminate it.

This may seem simple but it needs a lot of effort at successful communication.

You must know what your PSAs need.It might be different from what you think they need.

So,ask them, make suggestions, try to guess their difficulties based on your experience with SFI. At the same time respect them and never intrude on their privacy.

Apply individual approach, make good use of your sense

In my opinion, this problem lies in the area of communication. Communication is successful if the person or persons to whom you are coressponding, understands or understand what you are saying and respond or responds accordingly. In your opinion, you may think that you are offering unconditional support to these PSAs. However to these PSAs, you are not addressing their needs.

Since they are rating you, I am understanding that these PSAs are active here at SFI. Do these PSAs know where

An affiliate who gives you a poor rating may or may not reflect your efforts.
There could be any number of reasons for a poor rating.
If possible, communicate with your affiliate to ask for their reasons.
If this is not possible try Stream or Team Messages to inquire from
your downline for suggestions on the kind of assistance they
would like to see.
If you are a consistent contributor to your downline's success, the problem
may be with your affiliate and not you.
Take

Hello Ronald,
In my opinion, every person is diferent, so your unconditional help for some people just wouldn't be enough. It is sad but it's true. Some people believe that you MUST do everything for them.So when you don't, they just feel that you are not good sponsor.
Some of them would like to earn money just by clicking and not doing anything...becouse you are there to serve them the cooked meal...and when they don't earn (of course!), who is to blame? Well of course, sponsor, who just
