There are many reasons for Affiliates to never do anything, despite your contstant encouragement and offers of support. Some of the reasons may be that these affiliates have shifted their interest to some other business ventures or they might be having problems with their home computer or internet connection. If the latter is the answer, they might have limited time to visit the library, or they were not convinced that this business can offer solution to their financial problems in the first place.

The minds of people vary. While there are some people who know what they want and will go the extra mile to get what they want. There are others who do not know what they want out of life, but still search none-the-less. Yet, there are others who find it difficult to make a final decision as to what they want out of life.

One would rightfully think that if these people were very interested in this business opportunity at the initial phase, there would be no need to ask this question. Therefore, there is no need to respond to them. However, since people differ in their way of thinking, I would continue to send them monthly emails.

These emails would be carefully worded so as not to irritate nor confuse them, and include details relating to the passage of time and whether or not the present financial situation remains the same due to decisions made. I would then offer to assist them with any help they need in order to complete the tasks they left undone here at SFI.

What kept me pushing forward were the feedbacks I got from affiliates through the forum on a daily basis and responses to questions from the ASK SC. If things are not going their way, people in general, will voice their opinions. In contrast, if things are working out for them, people will voice their opinions. Therefore, I paid keen attention to the responses of people and those responses gave me added motivation to press forward.

I can safely tell you that I have gained a wealth of useful information from the responses of affiliates, so much so that I am revitalized every day to move forward. In assessing each response, I learn from the mistakes each affiliate made, their method to success, their opinions on certain areas of this business and a wide range of useful tips. I copy the methods of success that experienced affiliates use here at SFI, and I am more than motivated and convinced each day that I am on my way to success too.

Upon joining SFI, you are given two mentors. You are given a Sponsor and a Co-sponsor. Those two persons ought to be your mentors. However, if those two persons prove useless, just start from the Getting Started Activities, SFI Basics and then the LaunchPad Activities. Those can be found just below your picture on your Homepage. You may also want to visit the Forum. Click the word, "Home" on your Homepage and look at the bottom of that page and you will see the word, "Forum." You may want to click on one of the topics at first, just to get a feel of the environment of the forum. Keep on familiarizing yourself with the types of questions asked, the responses given by different affiliates, the tone, rules and etcetera. After that, feel free to post your question. You will get an answer sooner than you expect.

You may also want to be a member of A2A. Prove yourself friendly and genuine and make friends with people from your country as well as others. Ask the experienced members questions and they will also be willing to assist you.

The search bar is just above your picture of your Homepage. If in case you are unsure of the meaning of a word or term, just type in those key words there and you will be directed to the closest answer.

For an affiliate who feels he or she is getting nowhere with SFI, in my opinion, is someone who has not yet crafted out a method for succeeding in this program. This individual may be told that one of the rewards for becoming a part of this business opportunity is to earn. However, based on his or her understanding, once he or she is actively engaged in the activities, suddenly he or she will immediately start to gain un-measurable sums. When his or her expectations are not met, naturally, the response is that he or she is getting nowhere.

What you as a sponsor need to do, is to craft out a tried and proven strategy of succeeding here at SFI that will prevail even when your team mates are not working as effectively as you would like and teach your proven strategy to your affiliate. Ask yourself, "Which product at TripleClicks can I invest a Standing Order in that will give me 1,500 VersaPoints each month and at the same time has a fairly high Commission Value?" After that, think of the other essential ingredients that are compulsory in order to build a vibrant team here. How do you plan on getting this or these ingredients? How much more money do you plan to spend on getting this or these ingredients? The truth is that, whether or not you have lots of money, you need to have a sound strategy. If not, you will feel as if you are going in circles, and eventually, you will lose interest before attaining your goal.

The next important idea is that by now, based on the testaments of different affiliates, you realize that SFI is a genuine online business. Therefore, you need to train yourself to devise ways of making this opportunity be the solution to your financial quests. SFI, to some, can be enlikened to a three or four year degree program. During First Term, you wonder to yourself if you are wasting your time, and you even complain silently that after graduation, you won't take another course - not even if it is to save your own life. What pushes you forward is that you do not want to let your parents down. All of a sudden, the three or four years have come to an end, and you are standing in front of thousands of people at the Graduation Ceremony collecting your Degree. You are overwhelmed with mixed emotions and you wonder what would have happened if you had given up.

In my opinion, this problem lies in the area of communication. Communication is successful if the person or persons to whom you are coressponding, understands or understand what you are saying and respond or responds accordingly. In your opinion, you may think that you are offering unconditional support to these PSAs. However to these PSAs, you are not addressing their needs.

Since they are rating you, I am understanding that these PSAs are active here at SFI. Do these PSAs know where to click amongst the stars in order to give you a good rating? Did you communicate this essential instruction to them, or do you take it for granted that they know where to click? Do you ask them specifically to let you know what area or areas they need help in so that you can address these issues? Did you mislead them by telling them that they will get money instantly and since this expectation is not met, they feel deceived and have no choice but to rate you poorly? If your answer is truthful to those questions, you have little or nothing to worry about. One of the greatest lessons I have learnt so far, is that, in most cases, you do not offer help to someone if he or she does not indicate that he or she needs help. Otherwise, you are setting yourself up for hurt.
