Continue to provide help and give them information that would help their mindset. These people are going to stay or leave the business, but mindset is important. They rate you poorly because they think you are suppose to give them something or make the business easy. You can't do that and even though you can't call them for who they are directly, you can still take a positive approach in dealing with them. I believe if you can't assist you should know learning materials that can. In my case I asked my sponsor for help, but could not assist. The moment I contacted my co-sponsor he just said look at your SFI basics. From all the mysteries were resolved. If my sponsor would said the same that would have saved me all the trouble.
From then I lost faith in her. Sometimes you might find that their co-sponsors helps them than you do. So becareful of that.

I am convinced that we must continue to deal the PSAs that give us low rate, just like the others.
I would ask them the reason for their negative opinion and I would try to see things from their point of view.
Maybe we have inadvertently disappointed, but it is useless to regret a negative judgment without knowing the reasons, and we can only ask them for their reasons ..
It happening to have a PSA who even you are giving the best support rate you lower.Maybe you are below his/her expectation what Sponsor needs to show to them.I wouldn't bother with that too much and would just proceed the way I am working.There is always a last option to reassign them if you get to the point that could be better for both sides.This is a team work and we don`t need to accept so hard someones evaluation in direction to successful results.
It is not only PSA's but general thing in life that after supporting any one in this world please do not expect any rating or appreciation... If they rate good then it is ok else you have done your job and are the happiest person that you did your job successfully. Keep up giving your best and be supportive still forever...

well I firstly wait for the next month and see if the same person rates me the same and then I send them a message just to explain where I have let them down, as the poor rating without an explanation isn't going to help anyone.
I have found mainly that it was a matter of mis-communication as I was given a number 1 because they thought I was number 1 and when they received my message they were very unhappy about the mistake they had made in reading the instructions.
Normally if you get such PSA's it seems from the start they were not serious they just registered maybe to please you. My advice will be to keep on showing them how good this business is and ask them if they fully understand what need to be done on this program daily. Now you will understand how important is to register quality PSA from the beginning because some PSA's no matter how much you support them they still don't want to be active, is like you just chasing the wind.
The best thing you can do is not to relent in giving him all the support you think you can offer him. Take note that we have individual differences and our views are different. So regard his rating as his own view, don't try to take it up with him....ignore it and continue to provide him quality support. In doing that, do not try to convince him by doing more than what you can afford.keep up your good work, that's all I can say.
It's really so sad but there is solution if you are interested to get my Idea which costs.
When I joined SFI,my sponsor gifted me 10 credits and that gift really gave me a spirit and challenge to work hard and achieve my target to satisfy my sponsor and meet his expectations.
Till now I respect him and will be always thankful to him.
I am sure it will work for you too and your PSAs will not only rate you high but will always thankful to you.

I think it is important to continue to try to be a major sponsor, and PSA will eventually realize that they have big sponsors. As in all things in life and at work, the most important act honestly and with heart and people recognize it, just need to be persistent and not give up. I wish you much success!
