What would you consider to be too much and unnecessary communication with your team?

I really don't think there is a such thing as too much communication. There is a such thing as unnecessary. If its not about business and the next level, it should be kept at a minimum. Its important that your PSAs and CSAs feel comfortable asking you questions and gaining information. So if its about SFI, than it is definitely worth speaking on.
How can we get across to our affiliates that investing minor (at least) amounts of money into SFI is smart?

I think the best way is to lead by example. The great thing about SFI is that you learn how to build your business and offer the support to your PSAs and CSAs. When you find successful actions, you share it with your PSAs and CSAs so that they can follow the same action and build their business as well. Investing time and money is part of building the business and as you share your methods of taking those actions, they will follow.
How can I get my affiliates active with TripleClicks?

One way is to purchase the gift certificates and send them out to your affiliates. I think this is a great way to get them to start seeing how things go on Tripleclicks. Also, referring them to auctions can make them aware of the opportunities they have to win and get them active with Pricebenders.
Recruiting PSAs or ECAs--which will generate the quickest income?

All ways to income are generated in the same amount of time. You can't define how quick and fast income generation can happen based on focusing on the recruiting side. It seems the quickest way to income is through promoting and selling the products from ECAs, which gives you direct commissions. Focusing on direct commissions can generate income fast, but the recruiting side promotes longevity for your business.
What are the best types of businesses to focus on to maximize ECA recruitment?

Some the best businesses would be the business that already has an online platform or a business that is transitioning to sell online. It helps that they are already internet literate and understand the benefits of connecting to the world. Its very lucrative to deal with people who are already familiar with this environment.
I almost gave up on SFI. What did you do to keep pushing forward?

Build you mindset. Listen to positive people, motivational speakers, and more. Also, write down your goals. Build a good "why". Why did you come into this business in the first place? The reasons you came in this business should be the reason you stay in this business. It is always important to focus on those reasons and build towards the goals that you are trying to reach.
How do you deal with PSAs who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly?

Continue to provide help and give them information that would help their mindset. These people are going to stay or leave the business, but mindset is important. They rate you poorly because they think you are suppose to give them something or make the business easy. You can't do that and even though you can't call them for who they are directly, you can still take a positive approach in dealing with them. Always provide support and the people who have the right mindset will definitely give you the rating you deserve.
