Hello!

I learned that the harder you work, the luckier you get. I know it's a quote, but it came true for me here in SFI.

And it's the most valuable thing because it can be applied to the world and life outside SFI. Also, I learned I had a potential for business, and I never thought I did. SFI has taught me a lot about myself, business and how the world and people work. And it's huge!

Good luck!

Great Question,

I suppose what I have learned in my First year is how easy it is to work on the computer,at my age I am still learning, and if I have any problems I've learnt not to be embarrassed to ask for HELP
Because every one can offer their ideas to help you,and you don't have to struggle to do things by your self,THERE IS ALWAYS SUPPORT AND HELP

There is a lot of lessons at the SFI, though, I've been around for up to a year but I think I've learnt so much.
The most valuable as the question says amongst all is the power of TEAM work, were everyone in the team is a beneficiary.
The other is the power of DUPLICATION, teaching others to do what you do.

When I joined this SFI I studied carefully what I am expected to do and what I found very important is to recruit quality PSA's from the start because this are like pillars of your business. I also found it is better to recruit only two PSA's a month than ten PSA's who don't perfom and always want to be pushed like wheelbarrow's.

though am yet to finish my first year in SFI, i have noted that to succeed you have to do the following:
- work hard as if you have no help.
- promote others to join in,
-do not expect easy money,
- be disciplined in your work,
- ask if you have any problem,
- never give up.
in this way you will meet your targets.
all the best

My first year I learned that it is important to work the business every day. I started out strong, being competitive in the E365 contest, but after the first 5 rounds I basically dropped out for a while. I accidentally came back to SFI and realized that I needed to follow all the free training that was available there. Logging in everyday keeps you from missing valuable information and keeps you involved in building your business. Giving up is no longer an option as I have been able to build a small

Perseverance and pacience are the key factors which help us in our battle for a passive income. Perseverance should be used in continuing with our daily actions when we have small budgets and in asking for help from our upline, from SFI by placing tickets or ferom a2a friends and/or in the forum. Pacience should be used when we wait for results of our perseverance and investments to appear. Because they do not come too fast, but they do come.

It's very interesting question for me. As it encourage me to write what I experienced since I joined SFI .
I was beginner in online business ,and always I was feeling that SFI very difficult, but after reading the great tip that says ( keep doing little things every day ) I kept to login to SFI daily ,and read my daily to-do list to take daily actions that was very helpful to me ,so I see the most valuable thing I've learned so far is perseverance to take consistence little steps.

I can actually answer this honestly because I am still within my first year. I am learning that you can actually just continue to do basic things and grow. I continue to maintain my EA status and keep getting my daily VP's. I also do all the things necessary to stay within my Bronze Team Leader status, in order that I might receive the extra CSA's and the bonuses.
