"What should an affiliate do if their sponsor is non-responsive?"

I don't know why a sponsor would not respond to their affiliate, but if that is the case, I would say that SFI has all the tools needed to be successful in this business.

It is not the sponsor or SFI that makes the affiliate successful. These two are just aids in the process.

If a sponsor is not responding, I say to the affiliate: "do what you can to succeed just the same. You will feel so much more fulfilled to know that you made it to success without the help of a sponsor."

Seek the help of A2A friend, support, forum, Ask Sc etc. There is no excuse not to success anyways.

Though I have only been here for 8 weeks I can tell you, If your Sponsor really cared about his/ her own income in working their business, they would be there for you. Really do you want someone who does not communicate teaching you how to work your Business the way they do? NO!
You don't need them, Your SFI Basics, Launch Pads, The Forum, FAQ, and your Co-Sponsor, even your Upline and Lets not forget The Support Desk or your A2A Friends, That is all you need! I have learned so much just from READING! I am now a Sponsor and I care very much about my Business growing, that is why I will be here to teach my PSAs/CSAs Everything I am doing. I have even gotten Help from my own PSAs! So with all of these Resources at your finger tips, might I add for Free! You have nothing to worry about. You will succeed on your own, just be there for your Team, teach them what works for you and you won't Fail. Hope this was Helpful...

It is interesting to learn through this question that the affiliates do approach the sponsors at times! Well in my experience, so may be with many other sponsors, the reality is other way round. We have been all along grappling with the problem of non-responsive downline affiliates.

Getting back to the question, yes it could be true because of the 'Fast Track' benefits, many affiliates become BTLs in the first month itself with a distinct disadvantage. Neither they had time to learn in detail their training lessons nor have they built up a downline of affiliates. Thereby they themselves have to look to their sponsors for support.

It is a fact that a team leader supports the downline through his or her experience; lack of it results in being non-responsive.

So the recourse could be the SFI lessons, FAQs, Forums and joining various social media SFI groups which are moderated by senior Team Leaders who have years of experience in SFI.

These special groups are a boon to the new affiliates because the response is almost in real time and the guidance has a personal touch and addresses to the specific issue.

1. Communicate your Co-sponsor.

2. Make A2A friends (TL) as much as.

3. Visit each new post in FORUM also submit your question at FORUM.

4. For any query you can submit your question at SUPPORT section.

5. At "Ask Sc" read answers deeply, you can submit your question also.

6. Read all training articles provided by SFI.

This question is just in time because many affiliates are suffering this challenge.

Obviously, SFI provides each and every one of us great platform to succeed irrespective of our sponsors attitude towards our growth.

In my opinion, the forum within the SFI community is a wonderful tool that we can all utilize to get the needed help to advance our business. Another tool that can be of help is the support desk which provides us answers to our tickets in less than 24 hours or there about.

But in all, where our sponsors give the needed assistance or not, our success depend greatly on us. Just try as much as possible to read and understand the basics. Even if you do not make fast tract within 24 hours, and you use 48 hours to understand the procedures by crossing your 't's and dotting your 'I's after the second day to remain in the E365 contest. Remember, every successful stage will keep you motivated. Set a goal of becoming the champion of your class and see yourself as one. If you do,

The first thing an affiliate needs to recognize is that their success with their business is up to them, and one needs to take ownership of it. Never count on someone else or blame someone else for your success or failure.

Having said that, there are things an affiliate can do to get help with their business.

They should first go through all the training here in SFI. There is a wealth of information right here in the SFI site to help one succeed with their business.

They can reach out to co-sponsors.

They can post on the forum seeking answers to questions they may have and to make connections with other SFI members.

They can read books and articles to gain insights on how to effectively market online. One should always be educating themselves because marketing techniques are plentiful.

If one desires to be successful, then they won't let any obstacle stand in their way. It's what separates the successful affiliates from the ones who fail. Stay positive and NEVER quit.

My sponsor has never contacted me directly. In fact he lives in a different country and likely speaks a different language that I could not understand. So I have not received any help from him. This is not a complaint, but I present this because SFI is different from other Network Marketing (MLM) etc. SFI is your business. You must view this business from the owners point of view, because no matter whether your sponsor is available or not, it's your own activities that will build your business. Your rewards are based upon your own efforts. You get what you earn even if your sponsor quits. Hopefully you will get the point. You are in charge here ... Go for it!

Great question!
In my own opinion, I don’t think it is quite necessary to be waiting for somebody to come and develop your business for you. SFI is our business, my business and your business. If one is really serious one will face what he/she is doing and focus on how to succeed.
There are a lot of tools to use at the SFI website – The Launch Pad, SFI Basics and Getting Started pages as well as the Forum.
One will even get various solutions to the challenges one may encounter and choose from.
Let me tell you, I have never heard from my sponsor since I joined but discovered many things myself and am doing well. You don’t know, your sponsor may be the busy type and always occupied so don’t castigate him/her.
Wake up and develop yourself to build your business!

When I signed up I imediately went through START, SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD buttons. Everything is more or less there. So I did not ask sponsor so much about everything. Now, sponsor might assist if an affiliate did not undersand something from there.

If a sponsor does not respond to an affiliate's questions then there is a co-sponsor, a2a friends, forum, ASK SC, and I truly believe that at least one of these resources will provide sufficient assistance to keep your business working.

After all, what an affilate should do in this case? Give a proper rating to that sponsor. It might give him/her a signal that he/she should be better.

What an affiliate should do??? Well, to me I feel that an affiliate
should just focus on his/her business. In the first place, you didn't
join SFI because of your Sponsor, or is that your reason for joining?

I don't even know why SFI was setup this way, that one should be under
a Sponsor. To me, I don't even bother whether there is a Sponsor or not.
I just focus on doing my business.
Thanks to SFI for creating a2a friendship opportunity. One can always ask

There is the forum as well, one can also get help or assistance therefrom.

Now let me ask you this question, assuming you heard about a place of which
when one gets to, his/her fortune will change for the better/best, and you've
seen people that have been there and have confirmed that what you heard is true
now someone offers to take you to that place and you happily joined that individual
hoping that he/she will be there for you all the way to your desired destination, only
for this person to abandon you without the journey even commencing. Now, will you
give up your quest to get to that place of change simply because this SPONSOR is not
forthcoming any more, or will you simply join others to get there since you know other
people are also heading towards that direction?

I want to encourage you my friend, to face and mind your business. Run your race for
nobody will run it for you. There are plenty other means to get what you might be looking
for or expecting from your SPONSOR.
