How can we convince our PSAs that they should become TripleClicks WAVE3 members?

In my own opinion, I don't think one needs to be convinced to become TripleClicks Wave3 member. Rather, what one needs is to carefully stress all the benefits of being a Wave3 member.
Some of the benefits which include but not limited to the following:

What is your advice to those who want to pursue this business but have limited time to invest into it?

My dear Mei-la Chi,
My advice to those who want to pursue this business but have limited time to invest into it is just as simple. SFI is a business and there are different way by which one can handle ones business depending on what one intends to achieve.
No matter what, little time still has to be devoted here, at least one hour daily for the to-do activities and learning more about SFI. But the major thing is that you must always strive to attain EA2 every month by earning 1500 VP and this can be achieved through many ways.
The simplest of which is to have a standing order of IAHBE or 125 TC.
With this your have automatic qualification of EA and you can save a lot of time and life continues!

What should an affiliate do if their sponsor is non-responsive?

Great question!
In my own opinion, I don’t think it is quite necessary to be waiting for somebody to come and develop your business for you. SFI is our business, my business and your business. If one is really serious one will face what he/she is doing and focus on how to succeed.
There are a lot of tools to use at the SFI website – The Launch Pad, SFI Basics and Getting Started pages as well as the Forum.
One will even get various solutions to the challenges one may encounter and choose from.
Let me tell you, I have never heard from my sponsor since I joined but discovered many things myself and am doing well. You don’t know, your sponsor may be the busy type and always occupied so don’t castigate him/her.
Wake up and develop yourself to build your business!

What do you tell an affiliate who says he's going to quit because nothing is coming of his efforts and hard work?

In my own opinion, I would rather tee the affiliate to go. This is because he has already made up his mind and you can,t force a horse to the brook and still force it to drink. You have done your best to introduce to him how to achieve financial freedom in SFI. It is up to him to accept it. What majority of people want is quick money and SFI is not a get-rich-quick business.
Therefore let him go if he/she so wishes.
Should I or shouldn't I participate in the SFI PPA program?

I think it depends on your choice to either participate or not in the SFI PPA program.if you want quick money and you don't care much for team building you can take part in the program. But if you are keen on building a team that will later generate residual income for you, then you should not.

Why is it important to have a good SFI account photo? And what makes a good photo?

Good question! In anything one does in life, one needs to be credible. By having a good SFI account photo, you are making yourself credible and it may not be too hard for anybody who sees your picture to judge the kind of person you are particularly the people you do business with. They want to be confident they are in good hands.

I learnt that you need a mentor!
I can’t really believe that! When you are surrounded by great mentors you can ever find anywhere else in the worlrd. The best way to find a mentor is to go to your Affiliate Center and click the Support Tab. Whao! You’ll find all the mentors you need there.
Have you even forgotten the President? Gery Carson? He is the mentor of mentors! He is also there for you!

The Launch Pad, SFI basics, Getting Started, Ask SC are the best places to get all kinds of information you need.
You can even get answers from A2a and your ECA Connections. The climax is reached when you go to the Forum, Support or you Ask Gery!
In fact, there is virtually nothing you need that you cannot resolve with these important tools.
