Great day Evrad Kristijan,

i want to thank you for this thought. What i feel for my business to grow, is that everyday i study leadership, i watch lectures, read good books and i follow great leaders and implement what they do.

What i have found is most important is to add value to people, and how i do that is by giving my team tips and tricks on what is working for me in my business. If i find new good tools or resources a tell them where they can find it also and how to use

In the same vein..a team leader should be very determine in all him/she do.

He should be able to set up some short and long time goals to work with and to his/her down lines. He should be kind and gentle and be always ready to listen to the problems his/her down lines are facing to be able to solve them where possible.

If you must be a good leader, you must be ready to motivate your followers based on their effort and time that are dedicated to the business..don't forget to always

Good question.

Team leader should be good mentor.
That means that you should provide all of the necessarry help and informations to yours down-line. Same as a true friend!
Assist them...
Guide them...
Support them...
Always answer to their questions as soon as possible...

Good luck!

"Besides the requirement to qualify, what is expected of me in becoming a team leader?"

Once you are a Team Leader, you have to lead by example.

Try to pull in as many PSA's you can because one does not know when one's PSA's will become inactive.

You need to have PSA's to help you build your team and also earn residual income for you during the long run.

Your team will expect advice and guidance from you and you have to teach them to achieve

You Qualify because you have learned from some body that is from your sponsor
You learned because you communicated with your sponsor.
You communicated with your sponsor because you wanted a person to guide you in to SFI.
Now it is simple.
you qualify and make your team member to qualify.
This can be done only when your are in regular contact with your down line.
If you are in regular contact with your down line it means you are guiding them in the correct direction.

As a team leader you should lead by example.
Check that whatever you suggest to your team, you also follow it.
Always remember that readers are good leaders.
You should have overall knowledge about SFI buisness so that you can give proper guidence to your team.
If you are motivated then only you motivate your team.

Expectations of the team leaders are always higher than what the leader thinks!. The team leader is always a role model because if it is not then there is no credibility to the team leader. The leader of the team knows more, doing more, doing better, know better. The team leader is the one who stands at the head. Not everyone is meant to be a leader. If you really want to become, you are doing every day more and more and you will achieve as team leaders should have an operating authority. Any other

1)I expect my TL (Team Leader) to be knowledgeable of the business and/or be willing to assist me in finding the answer to my inquiries. Sometimes, directing me to contact support is the correct response to my inquiry. 2)I expect my TL to be active in the business. And most important, 3)I expect my TL to respond to me when I make contact. These three things, I think, make for an Awesome TL. Others may expect more and I think some expect too much (like continuing financial support).

Leaders duty is to lead the team. Lead them all to the goal. Goal of achievement of dreams like money, satisfaction etc. In SFI , the duty is more crucial as most join with no knowledge and high hopes. Differentiating wheat from chaff and working only with workers.

A good leader always leads his people by setting good example. In network marketing and specially in SFI - doing our daily tasks and going through vast knowledge not only learn but to pass it on to the team. DUPLICATION.

Great question,

Start by reading being an Awesome sponsor for the do's and don'ts of SFI and your team. Be positive when you email your team members. Be a leader, if your team members see you not doing a thing they will not even try. Start doing more advertising for psa's, have s builder if your networking skills are not good.
