To be a team leader as simple as it probably sounds you have to stand up and take charge in other words you have to lead . Don't worry if you don't always know the answers to every question you maybe asked there are always people here at SFI who will help you if you ask . The main thing is to let your people see you are indeed a leader and are there for them no matter what and that even if you cant help them you can find out and let them know. Be the person you would follow. If you would follow a headstrong investment driven goal oriented leader be that person. If you would follow someone who learns every day and shares what they learned then be that person. If you would follow someone who jumps in the hole and digs that first shovel of dirt and stays for the last then be that LEADER!
All else is a waste of your time, if you are not ready to take charge you may as well save your money.

First, you have to ensure that you qualify as an EA2 each month. This will qualify you to have CSA's allotted to you each month. Also, you need to work on referring as many as you can into SFI(PSA).As you do this, you are building a team. Then ensure that you always motivate your team, sending them messages to encourage them from time to time. You have thus become a team leader

At first you must lead by example. Have contacts with your team and ask them to give you any feedback on what they think of their SFI business. Get them involve to ask you questions and by doing so they feel that they're important because you do have an interest in their business growth.
To be a team leader one have first to take the lead by setting an example. I had a very responsive team leader who not only provide leads but encouraged me to reciprocate what he was doing with clear instructions. It takes some little financial commitment and methods to get leads then work with your sponsored affiliates patiently.
