Hi William that is a very good question with many different answers possible I should think . Firstly it is paramount to remember we are all individuals and what is great for one person may not be so great for someone else and vice versa. Secondly it is important to do what you enjoy doing at SFI and what you hope to get out of it, this is not a dress rehearsal this is the first day of the rest of your life dont waste precious time, trying the same thing over and over if you find its not really you or its not working. SFI produces advice and help second to none so unless you are a marketing expert better to stick to the tried and tested results.

To be a team leader as simple as it probably sounds you have to stand up and take charge in other words you have to lead . Don't worry if you don't always know the answers to every question you maybe asked there are always people here at SFI who will help you if you ask . The main thing is to let your people see you are indeed a leader and are there for them no matter what and that even if you cant help them you can find out and let them know. They will take you on your word and watch what you do so its extremely important to show them what to do and how to do it

Your life time partner is much more likely to duplicate what you are doing in SFI when he or she sees what you have achieved in SFI in other words you will be seen as a good role model for them to work off and feed off you in duplicating a successful SFI business , Making them realise you will be there for them every step of the way .
