I see that there are ECAs in my local area who have not yet listed any products. How can I/we encourage them to become active ECAs?

If you are planning to encourage ECAs which have not listed their products, focus on the big benefits of having an ECA store.

- Establish communication by connecting and contacting the ECAs in your local area regularly and mention the following:

1. ECAs can list products on TripleClicks at no cost.

2. Pay a minimum of 15% of the sale price of their products.

3. SFI Affiliates who live within your local area will greatly benefit by earning VPs and eliminate

ECA who have not listed products are inactive. Merchants in your local area who are not ECAs should be introduce to the idea. So inactive ECAs, should definitely become active and there are a few ways that you can help them.

1. Remind them that TripleClicks does charge ECAs to list their products. You can list 10 or 1000. It will never cost you a dime. Only when a sale occurs is there a fee for processing and handling. This fee is nominal compared to other sites that provide the

On their ECA page, there is a place that says "Submit Suggestions" ask them for items you wish for them to carry.

Find out what country they are in, and send them new ECA's in their country to connect with. Often, if there are a few ECA's in their country that are active, and they are connected to them, this will inspire them to become more active, too.

Offer them information on how to become a LocalPay Store, they will have something to look forward to getting once

Hello,

First step is to understand the difficulties of ECAs in your local area. For this you can visit their office/shop and discuss with them and clearly understand their difficulties in doing business with SFI. Some ECAs may feel that their existing business will get affected by doing their business with SFI. Some ECAs may have difficulty in listing their products. Some may have doubts in getting their money after sale of their product. Some may have doubt in getting customers and feel

This is a very interesting question as yesterday I was looking at the pages of ECAs in the UK and was quite shocked that most had no products on their pages at all. This is like having a high street with empty shops, if most of the shops are empty people are not attracted to go there.

If someone has gone to the trouble of setting up their ECA page and opening their account, there must be something that stopped them listing products. So if these ECAs are local to you, why not contact them

One of the best ways to encourage ECAs to list their products is to offer them assistance. Some ECAs don't really understand the product submission process, or started to list the first product and got rejected for a technical reason.

Sometimes just walking through a few products with them, or interceding with Support if there was a glitch, will make all the difference.

Resist the urge to do all the work for them, but being available encourages avtivity.

Hope that

That's a really good question. I'm going to answer that, assuming that your area has been approved for local listings.

- First and foremost become an ECA yourself and get comfortable listing products in your local area. Find out any difficulties and reach a solution.

- Contact each one and find out if they are having trouble listing their products. It could be that they are just getting frustrated with the listing, not getting their products approved, or something else.

Hello Dribssa!
If you wont to encourage ECAs in your local area be prepared and familiarize yourself with FAQ's about ECA program. Connect with their shops on TripleClicks, contact them and:
1. Explain that there are a lots of benefits and good sides of having an ECA store.
2. Listing is very simple and easy, just follow the steps, upload hi quality photos and information (details) about product/services (features, benefits, shipping, return policy).
3. ECA shop is that kind

The fact that you managed to get hold of some ECAs to join the program is an encouraging first step. However, to get them to be active involves some information gathering as to why they have not listed their products. Perhaps they need further assistance.

I seen many ECAs approaching the forum when they have a problem listing their products. Make known to them to seek help at the forum if they need assistance.

E-mail them or call them to find out if they have any questions or

There would be several ways one could offer encouragement. I think the biggest selling point to them would be the sheer numbers of SFI affiliates and TripleClicks members.

I would invite them to review the SFI site, especially the "Growth" tab. New members are joining every 20-30 seconds! That's a new potential set of customer's eyes every 20-30 seconds, as well as being another person that may connect with that ECA and help promote their products as an affiliate. It would also
