Engaging your SFI affiliates on social media sites is all about getting involved in the conversations, participations and relationship building. Social media like Facebook is generally used to engage with friends and family and today with groups and organisations. Millions of people around the world use social media to ask questions, learn and share their opinions, interests and information and this have a powerful amplification effect.
You can create your own group on Facebook where you can write about SFI, Pricebenders Auctions, TripleCliks, share info, articles, images, videos or host a discussion. People can also post a questions, share their success and experience with SFI. Send your team, PSA, CSA, downline, upline a mail to join that group. Also recommend your SFI affiliates to join certain business groups on FB where they can advertise and promote their gateways with explanation what to do and what not to do.

"Getting started is the hardest part of any journey!" Greeting message is your first step and the first impression about you as a Sponsor. Introduce yourself boldly and make it memorable. If you are not good in writing or in English, you already have samples of greeting massages which SFI provide for us or go on:

So your message to greet your PSAs can be like this:

1. Have a look at your TO-DO list, and try to make all of them. (read it carefully and just click on the green triangle at the top of the page, or click the button at the bottom of the page or fill the forms, etc.)
2. Every day review the LaunchPad Lessons. If you do this, you'll learn a lot of things about this business and even more you can earn 15 VP per lesson.
3. You can earn more VP after you log in at the SFI Affiliate Center every day, and click on the "To Do List" tab. Then click on the button at the bottom of the page. Check out the latest items at TripleClicks.com by clicking on the latest items at TripleClicks link. Click on the other 9 red tabs. While you are there, why not submit your entry into the Daily Grand Drawing at the "Win It" tab.

Goal setting helps build long term vision and this vision give you a clear idea of where you are headed rather than pushing you on a pointless journey. Ask yourself what would you like to achieve in six months, in one year or in five years and what steps will you have to take to get there. Long term goals are typically more general like: to increase TripleClicks sales and profits, or to become Team Leader and you need time to achieve them. Clearly defined long term goals when broken into smaller goals makes everything achievable.
For beginning, the best is to visit tub Goals where affiliate should be setting:
-My goal is to be making ($ in 6 months, 2 years...)
-I plane to become a Team Leader ( Bronze, Silver...)
-For my class power rank my goal is to make top ...
-For my country power rank my goal is to make top ...
Review them from time to time and adjust them accordingly based on your progress!

The way that internet has revolutionized shopping brings endless opportunities to ECA. Many businesses have become extremely profitable through online sales. To become a successful ECA you need:
-Good traffic (attracting enough of the wright visitors to your TC store)
-Good products (having the wright product at the wright time)
-Ability to convert traffic into sales
Have your store named as close as possible to what you are selling. Be competitive with the prices, also prices can be lower, since you do not need to maintain a physical store. Upload a hi quality photos, so potential costumers can see your product clearly.
When you describe (details) your product be honest and realistic, focus on benefits not just on features. Ship goods in a timely fashion once you get order. Be flexible when it comes to returns and refunds (if the person is not happy with the purchase).
And don't forget to promote and advertise your TC shop on internet and social networks! Every day!

If you wont to encourage ECAs in your local area be prepared and familiarize yourself with FAQ's about ECA program. Connect with their shops on TripleClicks, contact them and:
1. Explain that there are a lots of benefits and good sides of having an ECA store.
2. Listing is very simple and easy, just follow the steps, upload hi quality photos and information (details) about product/services (features, benefits, shipping, return policy).
3. ECA shop is that kind of program where more than million affiliates (SFI members) can promote their products through Face Book, Twitter, Exchange links...
4. ECA shop allows to increase their sales without any risk, because they pay nothing unless they have sales.
5. They can sell locally and eliminate shipping (local pick-up), the prices will be lower and more attractive for potential buyers.
6. Tell them to check some other successful ECAs on TripleClicks, maybe they will be inspired and get an idea how to do their own business.

Almost all jobs now days are found through internet. With less experience, relevant skills, lack of information and connections for acquiring appropriate knowledge, than many adults, young unemployed people often encounter particular difficulty accessing work.
At the same time most of the young people who are unemployed are using social networks such as Facebook, Twitter...Explane how they can work for them by showing how to use personal gateways or how to share and sell TripleClicks products. Show young people that they can be successful, independent and financially free. With little effort they will learn a lot about marketing, auctions, sales, advertising, how to be a team leaders. Free! If possible offer them Gift certificates or TCredits to start with, teach them how to enter for Daily Grand or T-time.
And maybe the best tool: lead by example! Show this young people your enthusiasm about SFI and TripleClicks, your accomplishment and your badges.

Like in everything you do in life and in every business, there are always goals that you can set and consider some steps on how you can reach that targets. Sometimes setting goals is overlooked way to reach your aspirations, but you can see that the most successful marketers and Team Leaders in SFI have short and long term goals and that they are focus on them.
Goal setting motivates affiliates to achieve better what he/she wants. Setting goals can also let you go beyond the limits that you know and make you a better and more successful and productive person.
"People never plain to fail, they just fail to plain!"
So, what are your goals? For this month, this year, in next 5 years? Take a moment, think, make a list (it's a dream until you write it down, and then is a goal), decide which timeline your goal fit into, detail the steps necessary and take action (do everything possible) to achieve those goals!
