Just like in any business, no investment, no profit. Let them realise the fact that SFI is a home-based online marketing business and you can't expect income when you're not investing in it. Tell them to treat SFI as their own made business and be willing to invest into it to earn a good residual income.

Let them know that SFI is not a charity organisation that throws away money to anyone that is in need of it. If this were to be so, the company would not have lasted for all these years. So if they want to earn a good residual income, they should invest little amount of money and also put in their effort to build up their business.

I have never seen a business that you just sit idle at home with crossed-legs and you expect to earn money. SFI is a honest business so if they want to earn income, it is essential they invest in the business by putting in little amount of money and invest their time as well in working the program.

A great way to explain to affiliates the value of investing minor amounts of money into SFI, is by using the word "transfer" rather than "invest".


The moment a person joins SFI, he or she becomes the proud owner of an online TripleClicks Store. TripleClicks is the life-line for SFI. If an affiliate focuses on building his or her TC Sales, he or she will accumulate the VersaPoints needed in their SFI business.


Owning and operating a TripleClicks Store is no different than owning and operating a brick and mortar store offline.


The owner's main goal and focus should be to sell products!


TripleClicks Store Owners should be a product of the products he or she sells. Using the same products will increase their Store Revenue, Versapoints, and Member Reward Points, and will enable the owner to give honest, accurate product reviews to customers and affiliate members.


Rather than purchasing products he or she uses on a daily and monthly basis from other stores, they should TRANSFER those purchases by buying the same or similar products from their own TC Store.


It's only a matter of making a list of the items he or she uses on a regular basis, log in to their own TC Store, and do a product search for each item. There are ECAs that provide most, if not all, of the products we use regularly.


EXAMPLE: Toothpaste, Mouthwash, Bath and Body products, Hair products, Dish Washing Detergent, Household Cleaners, Health and Wellness Supplements, Coffee, Tea, Energy Drinks, Juices and so much more.


So you see, it is only a matter of an affiliate TRANSFERRING money he or she already spends at other stores to their own TripleClicks Store and placing their purchases on a Standing Order. It's that simple!


If an affiliate can catch the TC Vision, DEVELOP A Business Owner's MINDSET, and understand he or she IS NOT SPENDING EXTRA MONEY, but simply TRANSFERRING PURCHASES, they will gladly take action!

First of all :Don't EVER EVER push them into doing that!!
You can casually mention that you bought this and that and how that helped you as SFI affiliate and give them recommendation.

Next you can send in group mails about:TC purchases/sales, IAHBE,S-Builder,Wave3 and so on to inform ( or remind them ) what can be beneficial for their progress.As we all know people need to be exposed several times to some product(s)( or idea) before they take it into consideration.

Another thing you can do is to set up an example.You surely wouldn't waste your time and money to something that is not beneficial to you.So have Standing Order,be Wave3 and IAHBE member,get the S-builder ( good thing we have badges to speak for us ) before you recommend them to your members.

Finally you can send Gift Certificate to them ( at least for Wave3) to show them appreciation and will to help :)

How can we get across to our affiliates that investing (at least) minor amounts of money into SFI is smart?

Very good, it's still a recurring basic problem.

The first thing that your affiliates produce at all possible point.
In the first month, is available on the "EA" level without investment.

The second thing is that once you have reached the "EA" level, keep at it.
In the second month, also without investment, it is also sustainable.

In the third month, a minimal investment ($ 30 / month TC = 100 / month = 1200VP / month), maintain the status of a standing order. The remaining 300 VP easily produced by anyone.

Here's the serious stuff starts, but that requires additional investment.

Personally I would try out the different advertising packages and other promotional items in TripleClicks and then pass on the results to my downline in my newsletter. But, I also realize that many may have financial problems and sincerely lack the money to pay the rent even. I don't push the investment part but rather spend my energy on helping them earn money by providing them with knowledge and directing some traffic to their gateways. I figure if they can see a little in their account they might be more willing to spend a little. I would also do my best to figure out the cheapest way to make EA and share that with them also so that they could be more free to invest their time and money into building their downlines.
Above all else be positive and reassuring. Make them feel that they can do this!!

SFI is a business proposition and TripleClicks is the vehicle for generating revenue for the organization and the variable compensation of the members of the conglomerate.
All affiliates must understand from the very beginning that compensation plan for affiliates comprises of no fixed component and only variable component.
SFI has a fixed overhead for running the organization and making the IT infrastructure along with administrative facility available which itself is a big cost. But SFI does not charge its member any fixed membership fees for covering the cost. This fixed cost is recovered from the business generated through TripleClicks and the balance is shared by the affiliates through VersaPoints earned and a concept called CV of the products traded through TripleClicks.
Now all new affiliates should understand that to participate in TripleClicks and to support SFI and generate the common revenue sharing pool of all affiliates, every affiliate has to contribute to the common pool and as such start making initial investment as the capital into the business which will give return on investments during the future tenure of the affiliate in SFI.

I think that it is important that when ever we have PSA's or CSA's fill in the forms on joining SFI, we pay close attention to how they answer questions related to the goals in SFI and also their experience in online business.Persons with low scores tend to think that SFI is a job and not a business opportunity.The first thing I do is to let you understand this fundamental difference. With a business opportunity you get what you put in.But for a start you should get used to putting some minimum amounts of money into the business, just like you will do with a brick and mortar business.Secondly I convince them it is necessary to invest some money also in advertisement.This brings in new customers who are the life blood of any business.
If the PSA or CSA can get a hold on this principle, then I know that we are headed to doing business otherwise he or she should head elsewhere and not waste everybody's time.

SFI just like any other venture requires an investment of time and money, all business have overheads, like rent, licences, wages/salaries, etc

In SFI you can treat your SO as your rent, and recruiting affiliates as your wages/salaries, your affiliates are your customers, their are the ones that do pay you, and while we are at it why not treat advertising as your licences? Do you see what I mean?

All business requires an input of time as well as money, and if you are determined you can skip a lunch out, and invest in a SO, either SBuilder, IAHBE, TCredits, or even a product that you normally buy somewhere else

Investing a minor amount of money each month is a good idea. You can have a standing order of 1500 vp which will keep you at an EA every month and you can invest a small amount into a co-op to sponsor PSAs to help grow your business. The old saying is it takes money to make money, but it doesn't have to be a huge amount of money. You can invest a small amount monthly until you get to the point that your business is producing enough money for you to invest back into your business. Now you no longer need to invest any money, unless you want to, and eventually your business will get to the point that you will start making a profit. Investing in your business is a wise decision! I'm new to SFI but my business is making enough money that I can invest it back into the business. Eventually I will see a profit!

More than money, drive, determination and discipline will do the job. Money will come once you have found the golden egg.

Getting people to act is as difficult here in SFI just as elsewhere, don't forget that our folks come from the same population that is around us all through the day. Wanting results without exerting and investing is just too common and may be they serve to give us good numbers in the outlying areas for closing each day. Only the handful that sticks its neck out and goes "Bash On, Regardless!" after the core results make our existence worthwhile.

For tangible earning focusing on "drivers" can only give results in terms of earning - the one reason that ALL of us are here. And if you happen to enroll a lot many "sleepers" it may still be worth the effort, if you are able to locate the 5 or 10 who "have what it takes". These will give you your returns and then you can let the silent majority just go click, click click and finally deactivate.

One way I can think of, is go for a large scale enrollment from net users to SFI through your own personal website(s), identify High Potential Individuals, and develop these few to make your team. I am working on this approach now, having tried mailing my team almost daily and getting at best a very lukewarm response from all but one or two (and this is is the state at the initial VersaPoints Stage, when I have not even mentioned any investments from them).

Two wins out of 24 means an attrition rate of 92% and maybe we just have to live with this. I can only say that if you want results, and are ready to work for it, then increase your total numbers, so your 8% will meet your objectives.
