I abandoned SFI a long time ago, in it's early stages. The SFI of today is far different than it was then! What was then just a few products has turned into an e-commerce site with such a vast array of products that there is something within to peak anyone's interest along with the option to open their own store within it.

So my first question would be how long ago did they abandon SFI?
Once I knew that I would begin informing them of the changes that have taken place since they left along with SFI's plans for the future which you can read about at:

Some of the things you might chose to mention to them would be:
1. The new Eager Zebra games.
2. The new option to buy PSA's.
3 The plans to allow members to list their own products in traditional Pricebenders auctions.
4. The new internet income course when it arrives.
5. The new marketing center and e-cards!

SFI is constantly improving upon itself is seems and keeping those inactive members within our groups informed of them is not only part of our job but also a great way to renew their interest in SFI! So the next time one of those exciting changes occurs chose a few of those inactive members to send an e-card to and tell them why you are so excited!!

If I were using an auto-responder, I am not sure that I would be using it to directly promote SFI. I would be more likely to come up with a niche, like crafting or something and come up with a course within that niche. Let's say that I did have a course on crafting, I would then insert an ad within each lesson inviting them to sell their crafted products on TripleClicks. Or I would advertise some products available on TripleClicks that would be useful in the craft of my choice- beads for jewelry making for example. If your website is about SFI, a course on an aspect of internet marketing would do nicely

If you do a search for PLR, you will find many sites giving away Private Label Rights Products with many courses on a wide variety of subjects There are also many PLR items listed on TripleClicks Be sure to check the resell/giveaway rights to the product you choose, but many will let you do just about anything with them. You can pick one that suits your needs and edit it to make it unique. You can also research the topic if you like and add more information to it. Your aim is to come up with a product that has value that you can give away for free, with a few ads thrown in that the reader would be interested in.

One of the first things I learned about internet marketing is to provide something that fills a need for free. And, although time has changed many things since then, I still believe that many more people go online to find information than they do to buy items. A good informative course will not only keep your prospects interested enough to open your emails, but will also brand you as some who is worth listening to.

First be active yourself as much as you can?

Go a month entering T-Time as much as you can and note how many credits you have won at the end of the month and share your results with your downline.

Share your secrets for making EA or TL every month. Explain to them how to use the MRPs and TCredits to accumulate VersaPoints.

Give them helpful advice on how to win the auctions or do some research on how to win the penny auctions and write a report or ebook to pass on to them.

When you buy an item through TripleClicks, write a honest review about it. Was the product to your satisifaction? Do you feel that you got a good deal? Would you recommend it to another person? Although, I have to admit that I personally tone down negative reviews or avoid saying much of anything about them. Include your reviews in a newsletter that you send to your downline.

Sell some of your own unwanted items. Then, pass on to your downline an evaluation of the experience. How did you set it up? Did you find the process easy, or rather difficult? Can you think of any tips that you can pass on to your affiliates? What were the results? Did the products sell? If not, why do you think that they didn't sell? Can you think of anything that you might have done differently to have a more positive outcome?

I can only tell you how I structure my day.

1. First I check my email and messages from SFI and answer any questions and address any concerns my downline may have contacted me about. I treat my downline as my customers. The customer always comes first.

2. I then log into SFI and go through the to-do list. While I am checking out the newest items on TripleClicks I will pick out a couple products that I would like to promote for that day.

3. While I am on the SFI site, I visit the forums, and catch up on any threads I am following.

4. I then promote the products I have chosen to promote that day on TripleClicks, along with IAHBE, the SFI Opportunity, and the TripleClicks ECA using the various advertising sources I have. I also spend some time looking for advertising venues and since I use some safelists, spend some time gathering up credits.

5. I spend some time learning about the various aspects of running a business. I might visit IAHBE and taking advantage of the collection of information there, or utilize the training section that is within the SFI site, or find and use other sources. When I run into particularly good articles that I believe would be useful to my downline, I share them with my Google+ marketers circle.

6. I then spend some time socializing on Facebook and other social networking sites that I am involved in.

I really didn't spend that much time discussing collecting VersaPoints, if that is what you were really asking. VersaPoints may in itself give you a rank, but I believe it will take much more than just rank to build a solid business. You must also learn about the business and the various aspects involved in running it. You must do a lot of promotion and be always looking for new avenues to promote in. And, you must help those in your downline build their own business on a solid foundation.

But, I also realize that many may have financial problems and sincerely lack the money to pay the rent even. I don't push the investment part but rather spend my energy on helping them earn money by providing them with knowledge and directing some traffic to their gateways. I figure if they can see a little in their account they might be more willing to spend a little. I would also do my best to figure out the cheapest way to make EA and share that with them also so that they could be more free to invest their time and money into building their downlines.
Above all else be positive and reassuring. Make them feel that they can do this!!

I am not so sure that an ECA would trump a PSA. One good PSA could bring you more money than an ECA that is carrying products that just don't sell. And the reverse would also be true. Personally, not being that adept at selling, I would start with recruiting the PSA's till I felt more confident with giving the sales pitch and learned everything I could about the ECA program before I would go on to the ECA's. But I think the earning potential would be about the same with each, and would depend on the quality of the PSA or ECA. So, in either case, you might want to be thoughtful as to where you aim your sales pitch.

I understand that there are some disadvantages of using this program in some areas of the world. Electricity and internet connections are a problem. Transferring funds is a problem. And, there are probably many that I am not aware of. The first step would be to overcome whatever problems might be involved with you completely understanding everything that SFI has to offer. This you must be able to do. You must find a way to access the internet on regular basis, which I imagine you have since you posted the question. And, you must have a way to reach out to others to get them interested in what SFI offers. It seems that there are many that have overcome these and that SFI is working to make it easier. But, at the moment, yes there are a few disadvantages

But, surely there are some advantages? Sit down one day and consider what you have around you. The strengths that your location gives you. Is your country rich with small businesses, cottage industries? If someone needs a basket, do they go to the local Wal Mart and buy it, or do they just make it? Is the area rich in natural resources like semi-precious gems? Could you approach the leaders of the local villages and small towns, discuss the possibility of setting up co-ops where the people could create their goods to be sold to the world???

Maybe not, but well, this gives you a clue as to what I am thinking. Ya, your area might present you with some obstacles that others do not face. But, I imagine that it also offers a lot of opportunities that others do not have. Focus on those unique opportunities and exploit them. If electricity is a problem, maybe you could get your village working at producing handicrafts to sell on TripleClicks, and well, in a short amount of time, your village could have electricity!

Once you have set up your auto responder and placed the form for your visitors on your page you should test the entire process your visitor goes through to subscribe to your list. You do this be becoming the first subscriber to the list and making sure you are happy with the messages it sends out to you.

SFI has provided you with many shortcuts.
Take advantage of what it provided to you and utilize your key codes and tracking system. It will save you time and possibly money since it would take time to hunt a good tracking system and set it up and then it could cost you a little money.

Spend time reading through the training section of SFI as well as the Forum and AskSC. There is practically an encyclopedia of internet marketing within the pages of SFI and it is all in one spot saving you time searching for answers.

The team mailer saves you the time it would take to set up your own mailing list and even comes with nice looking E-Cards for you use!

The Co-op manager makes setting up your own co-op fairly simple and free while your reassignment manager can be used to motivate those in you downline or to just build a stronger team.

Your marketing section has a wide range of banners and ads as well as samples letters and phone scripts for your use. There is also helpful advice as to how to use them.

These are just some of the shortcuts that are built into SFI that will save you time and money if you will just use them.

I know how you feel, I didn't think I was going to make it last month. Keep in mind that nothing is impossible and don't give up hope.

But, I want to repeat something that someone else put in their answer before I continue. Unless you have a downline working the system, the financial gain isn't that much that it justifies the expense. Only you can decide weather that expense is justified.

So here is my advice for the financially challenged. Some of which I learned from the mistakes I made last month.:

1. Use what little resources wisely. Spending TCredits and MRPs don't give you versa points if you are buying from an ECA.

2 Collect every VersaPoint you can get or you might be kicking yourself at the end of the month if you find you are just a few shy and know that you would have made it if you only had rated those answers in Ask SC or some other simple item.

3. I have been using my commissions for reinvestment, so it's just left in my account. Keep in mind, if you have done the same thing, if it falls below I believe $7.00, you cannot spend that money.

4. Use MRP's to buy TCredits, and then use the TCredits to bid to if you find it will make a difference at the end of the month.

5. If you are EA2, answer some of the questions on Ask SC. You might find some extra points in your ledger before the month's end.

6. Log on as often as you can and enter into the T-Time contest. Enter the Daily Grand every day.

7. Promote the heck out of the TripleClicks products.

8. Go through your VP Ledger and see if you've missed anything.


Remember when I said that it was my downline that carried me through? A good downline will not only give you some commission to work with but will also give you extra VersaPoints when they reach EA2 and Team Leader positions. Yes, you can make EA without a downline, but it will be a struggle month after month to do it unless you can sell or buy enough TripleClick Products to get the needed VersaPoints. The advice I gave above would be some of the short term answers to the problem. But, for the months down the road, building that downline and developing your abilities as a sponsor so you can lead them to their own success is required.
