It really depends on the person you are recruiting. I personally don't look for the quickest income, I look for the most stable. ECA's will bring you income through products they sell and PSA's will bring you money through what they make. So why recruit just one? Recruit all who you can and reap the benefits of both. SFI is great because you are not limited to one way of making an income. You have so many different opportunities to bring you an income so do not limit yourself or you will limit your success.

This is not a get rich QUICK scam so you should really refocus on whats the smartest way to generate income.
And my answer to that would be a healthy combination of both but with the small leaning on recruiting PSA's. You could be making insanely amount of money simply with duplication, and matching VersaPoints if you stick to it, and plus every single of your PSA's could open their own ECA's doubling your income.
Having a profitable and successful ECA is great to have, but you should always have a bigger picture in mind.

honestly the faster way to gain quicker income is with every PSA you get train them to become an ECA and you will get more income because every month you know they will get the 1500 versa points each month if they are serious about it. on the other hand if you get the ECA you do not know what they will be buying and you do not know when they will return to purchase. i hope this helps. duplicating PSA's is the best way to go in SFI
PSAs and ECAs will both generate income. However, the quickest way to generate income is to build your Tripleclicks PRMs. I say this because you will earn a 45% commission on their purchases, PLUS the VP from their order if they are not SFI members. The VP generated from PRM sales will increase your monthly commissions and/or assist in reaching EA or TL status. PRMS provide the only opportunity to earn commission and VP. In my opinion, this is the best.
There have been a lot of answers to this question and I am going to have to agree with those that said both. SFI is not a get rich quick program, quick income is the wrong mind set for building your lasting business. You need to recruit both and encourage your ECA's to become PSA's, your PSA's to become ECA's, and teach both duplication.

I am not so sure that an ECA would trump a PSA. One good PSA could bring you more money than an ECA that is carrying products that just don't sell. And the reverse would also be true. Personally, not being that adept at selling, I would start with recruiting the PSA's till I felt more confident with giving the sales pitch and learned everything I could about the ECA program before I would go on to the ECA's. But I think the earning potential would be about the same with each, and would depend on the quality of the PSA or ECA. So, in either case, you might want to be thoughtful as to where you aim your sales pitch.

My answer to this question is many fold. Recruiting PSA's and ECA's to me is both very important. It is very difficult to separate the two because they are closely related. With time, your PSA's may grow into very lucrative ECA's. The other fact is this that we are not supposed to focus on quick earnings, what is important is to built a solid knowledge foundation.
SFI is not a get rich quick scheme, it is a lifetime business that you can leave as an inheritance to your children. We should focus in the future and not in the now. Wish this may answer your question.

It just depends who will be more active! Generally I think if you recruit more ecas and they are active and selling stuff, then you will be earning a big paycheck. But if ECA is not doing anything or not selling anything then you will only get 100vp. And keep in mind it's really hard to get a ECA! Now for psas , if they are active you get around $20 for each after 6 months... But not all psas are active! So I would try recruiting both and hope for success!!!:)

Well, in my opinion, the ECA maybe is quickiest way to earn some money,
but the team building, is better for the long run.
Becouse, the bigger your team is, your options for earning as a TL is bigger.
aAnd as a TL you have much more options for making money. So if you want quick money,
you should do both in the same time. I hope that I helped a little.
