There are some reasons why affiliates who never do anything despite your constant encouragement and offers of support. On my end, I try to understand indiviudal difference since affiliates come from 197 countries of different cultures, languages, ages level, gender and of other types that may exist. I do respect these differences and offer personal assistance through on line training for them to log in again. My mailers contain news what is new with SFI that probably would help them in a way,

Hi Jacinta,

I share in your Concern and I am pretty sure almost 99% of ALL Affiliates here in SFI go through the same Scenario every now and then. It is also quite discouraging at first and when you are new in SFI facing a challenge like this without seeking advice could cause one to quit. Because well, it seems everybody is quitting so why am I here? Right? WRONG!

When I look through my genealogy the numbers are totally opposite between the performers and the non performers.

Firstly, you as a good sponsor provided them with assistance and advice. If there is no response you should not feel bad about yourself in any case. Despite all your efforts some people will not move for many reasons.

But also there should be a balance in the amount of encouragement and offering support. If it is too often it can be perceived by some people as a sort of pressure.

You have given them opportunity to build their own business and if they do not want to use that

A former friend of mine whom I was very close to many years ago when I was hung up on a problem as the result of someone elses negative actions would reach over, touch my arm and say, "Let it go." That stuck with me throughout the years. That was back in my younger days. She was a woman that even though she was working out her own problems had a lot of wisdom to share and was making progress because of it. What it did for me was to cause me to take a look at myself and realize I was not

I have looked at some answers and while we are right to stick with the guidelines laid down by SFI in sending one mail per week, I feel it is not cast in stone and may not apply to some affiliates. As some affiliates might be shy, reserved or they may not even know what to do, then this rule should not apply to them.

On the other hand, people are irritated or offended by unwanted/unsolicited mails, they find it a bother to clean up since it might take up valuable time.

So how

Every leader once in a while, have cases of leading inactive followers. What differentiates him is the way he handles the inactive followers along side with the active followers.

Here in SFI, as a team leader you will encounter affiliates who never logs in at all to review their todos nor do anything at all. Don't allow the inactive ones to discourage you. Try and look at the bright side of it. Be an awesome sponsor to them whether they accept you or not. Someday, things will turn

That is a brilliant question being asked by most of us in SFI. I personally experienced that problem from the co-sponsors that I got from reaching EA level.

I can advise you to use PSA or CSA mailer weekly to congradulate those that performed outstandingly. And with the lessons that you learned look at your PSAs and CSAs VP ledger to see what is still left for them to do. Then you can continue on giving advices on what they can do to advance to the next level.

I did just that

Great question.

I continue to send them weekly mails because they might still be reading these mails. I also check the Opt out to see if they have Opt out, if they have not this give me hope that one day they might start again.

I also remind myself that many just join SFI just out of curiosity and after recognizing that this is not a get-rich-quick scheme they just decide to quit. There is not much I can do to let these ones continue because they are definitely not prepared

It is normal for all affiliates to experience like what you have had on your team.In my own case with only two affiliates after two months who are still very active and many of them not moving despite a lot of messages, tips and encouragement,it doesn't bother me too much because it is given for people who will take this business for serious or not. This will not stop me for doing what I need to do and what must be done just because they are not doing their part.

I still kept on sending

Well, I don't think one can do anything with those affiliates who never show up as active in your genealogy even after all your efforts and hard work. You have to leave them as they are and hope one day after receiving your mail will wake up and be back in business as the same case was with me.

I joined SFI and then quit, because in the beginning it's rather difficult to understand it until or unless someone teaches you what SFI is and how one should go about it.

A simple example
