What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

It is normal for all affiliates to experience like what you have had on your team.In my own case with only two affiliates after two months who are still very active and many of them not moving despite a lot of messages,tips and encouragement,it doesn't bother me too much because it is given for people who will take this business for serious or not.This will not stop me for doing what I need to do and what must be done just because they are not doing their part.
I still kept on sending messages sometimes 2x a week and hoping someday all this inactive members including CSA will come back and will work more than what I am doing today.So don't lose your hope and keep on searching for the right one.

What do successful Leaders in SFI know and do?

When it comes to knowledge about SFI business, all affiliates here are equal since all the information how to run your business successfully are all in the training files and other documents provided by the company and it's up to an affiliate how he manage to study and apply those information.
As for the action,what most successful leaders did was they first become a good followers as what the saying "a good leader is a good follower".By following SFI rules everything is possible and any affiliates can go farther and reach the same level as these successful leaders.Remember SFI is an equal opportunity for people who want to take this as a serious business regardless you sign-up today or sign-up two years back.Your effort and hardwork will determine your badges.These people also did not succeed if they did not follow or duplicate what their leader are doing each one of us need to have a good sponsor because by having a good and successful sponsor we can attain same success that he/she has.

What do I need to do to make myself the best SFI affiliate possible?

This is a very good question that attracts my attention.I even ask it myself when I was very new here in SFI.I also struggling in the beginning as what other new affiliates experiencing right now.
There are so many things you can do to be the best affiliate:
1.Believe in yourself and believe in what you are doing
2.Don't be shy to ask guidance from your Sponsor and other upline support as what I did and lucky enough to get their prompt responses on my query.
3.Study and understand every details how SFI business work
4.Duplicate what you are doing by Sponsoring others.
5.Don't ever be discourage if your PSA and CSA don't response on your messages but be persistent on doing it that someday they will realize that SFI is the best real online business.
6.Work hard by promoting your links to attract people.

To simplify what is SFI all about,is that it is an online home based business marketingan with a lot of products to market through Internet.It is a networking business with zero investment on joining or sign-up.

How do you explain the importance of MRP (Member Reward Points) to your PSAs?

MRP as its name implies is a Reward.In my own and simple explanation,I can refer this as a gift voucher when you go shopping in malls or hypermarket,giving out through some promotional products which you can redeem on your second purchase.So,meaning this is a gift voucher provided by SFI for its affiliates once one purchase any products in TripleClicks which is the SFI and its affiliates store too.
The importance of MRP for all PSA's is that they or we can use this as payment to any products we want to purchase in TripleClicks and one way also to increase your VP and help you go to the next level.You can purchase 1TCredit with 126MRP and in return you will be receiving 102VP and this is a great deal.You can avail more MRP when you join in the auction,every bid you do will have a corresponding 5MRP and 10MRP for double MRP Auction.So,in every action done by any affiliates there is a Reward given by SFI
