Firstly, don't ever give up on them. Continue sending them a weekly message, but start rephrasing your messages slightly.

I recommend you do the following:
1. Share your achievements and success in these mails. This is not being arrogant or boastful, but rather to show these prospects what can be achieved.
2. Put the ball in their court. For instance, in stead of giving too much information on what actions to take to achieve Versa Points, rather tell them how much Versa Points

:) You do just that.
Offer the best support that you can give as a team member
and sponsor of your team.
on a weekly basis you send those emails out encouraging them
in whatever way you can.

> Offer your help
> let them know they are not alone
> Offer monthly rewards etc.
> Remind them of the reason they may have joined SFI in the
first place

After doing the best you can do as their sponsor, you turn
your attention

I know how you feel Jacinta. In fact all team leaders or executive affiliates have affiliates that does not do anything after they register in their down line. Let me tell you the truth, there's no way you can push all your affiliates to be active even with all the encouragement, tips and stuffs like that.

The only thing I suggest you do is never give up. Keep sending messages, ask them how you can help them, keep on explaining to them in simple english how SFI can be of great help

There is an old saying many are familiar with, that "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink!"

The best thing you could do is to just keep showing your downlines where the "water" is. Stay consistent, positive and encouraging in your communications with them. Use your downline mailer to share your own successes for encouragement as well, for example if you win a Daily Grand drawing, or a Pick The Price contest.

Share with them some tips

Great question - we are all, more or less, faced with this 'problem'... nevertheless, IF they don't want to work it's THEIR problem and not MINE.

So, what you should do... simply you just:
*Keep sending team mails weekly,
*Include them in your stream messages,
*Message them individually let's say, once a month on their listed e-mail address as maybe they don't even log in their SFI account,
*Update your SFI leadership page, and your Facebook/Twitter profile with

In fact, there is very little one can actually do with affiliates who never do anything despite of the constant encouragement and offers of support from their sponsors. They have somewhat got stuck-up with the program. They do not see this program from the same perspective as their sponsors. They do not believe that they will be able to make money within this program and they do not trust it to say the least.

The only way for the sponsors to deal with such affiliates is to create a 'trust'

It is very discouraging to notice that your affiliates either are completely inactive or are not taking your advice to help them be successful. But there really isn't much you can do. You cannot make them log in every day and do their red tabs. You cannot make them purchase items from TripleClicks. You cannot make them respond to your emails and messages. And no amount of encouragement at this point is going to help.

Your affiliates need to want to do this for themselves. SFI is

The thing you have to remember are the inactive affiliates usually don't log in after the first day, because most are looking for a the "get quick rich scheme". There is nothing you can do but keep working with your PSA's who log in to SFI and want to build a business. Work with your workers, but always when sending out team mails go to the quick filter and send different team mails to your PSA's that have log into SFI within the last 30 days because you will not want to send them a team

Some will, some won't, so what? Next!
The majority of people who sign up will never do anything, but here are a couple of things that work for me:

Personal correspondence is very important. Happy Birthday, National Holidays, natural occurances - any special time that comes up gives you an opportunity to reach out on a personal level. Just a brief note helps your Affiliate understand that you care about them as a person, not as piggy bank. For instance, after the recent typhoon, I
