SFI system is set up in a way that there are daily, weekly and monthly tasks for every Affiliate to complete. Giving up on them is not good for the business and Genealogy makes it easy for an Affiliate to send words of encouragement. Testimonies shared on SFI reveal to us that some active members today even became full time in building their business after 6 months or more been in active. My simple advice is keep on working your business daily, weekly and monthly. Support them and who knows one day

There is very little you can do whit them. Some of them are just not cut for this business.I would include them in weekly messages which you are sending out any way and live it on that. They may change their opinion whit time but you can't wait for that.
Focus your support to one who are active ,the one who log in every day and do their best, they will be happy to get some help and support from you.
Hope this will help!Good luck to you!

SFI is not for everyone. That fact must be first established. It can be very disheartening to find that some people took time to register, affix their passport and do nothing. You send them mails, do whatever you can to “kick start “ them , to no avail. In such circumstances, there is nothing else to do than just be sending them the usual mails…. Hoping one day they will come back.
However, they must be told that inactivity will lead to their names being deleted after sometime. Most impotently,

If you have done everything to the best of your knowledge as a Sponsor, then no worries. Maybe a different strategy is required for them.
-Try sending them a phone message, some actually register with an email address they dont use often
-It might be that they still dont understand the SFI Opportunity and need details regarding how they can maintain the rank they have achieved
Maybe they still dont see how it can benefit them, in that case, continue to send them emails. One day they'll

Honestly I think you have done your part, if they don't want to take a step in the right direction then its their own baby to nurse. Affiliates who join SfI and remain dormant.

* maybe online marketing is just not their thing.
* maybe they could have problems with internet access in the areas that they live in.
* maybe they are just not ready

There are a lot of factors that could lead one not to work their way to success in SfI but hey try concentrating on the ones

There are people who are failures in everything they do or even many men have periods in your life that nothing goes right. Consequently people around mock and belittle anything they do .

Interestingly , there are certain people that instead of scolding and mocking, motivate and are sympathetic : " everyone makes mistakes " , " can you learn from this experience and next time you will do much better." This treatment increases self-esteem. These wise and understanding

Being new myself and trying to gain proper understanding of how things move here, I noticed one of my PSA was interested but wasnt responding or logging in. Since the person was from my own country I called the person and found out that it was confusing to him how to get started even. With a little explanation he got started although slow.
All Im trying to say is a little bit of personal interest as required may do the trick.
All the best.

People join SFI with different reasons and different capacity to engage in or not with the Business. In this regard, the sponsor's best move is to continue with the business and share his/her experience and success with SFI.

Every success story with SFI will trigger interest and can encourage Affiliates to try and do something with their business. As a leader we must continue what we believe is the key to build our future then, let others follow.

Hello there, wonderful question if I may say.
firstly let me inform you that so many affiliates who join SFI were miss informed. They joined hoping to earn big within first week or few more, and some were compelled to join and after joining never knew what to do with SFI program. Some may have been scared away by ''how to gather 1500VP each month''. Now what to do as a Sponsor is first inform them what SFI is all about, how they have to gradually build their business by recruiting affiliates,
