Honestly I think you have done your part, if they don't want to take a step in the right direction then its their own baby to nurse. Affiliates who join SfI and remain dormant.

* maybe online marketing is just not their thing.
* maybe they could have problems with internet access in the areas that they live in.
* maybe they are just not ready

There are a lot of factors that could lead one not to work their way to success in SfI but hey try concentrating on the ones who have embraced your encouragement and support.

Well, I would like to say that all communication is necessary, even if you simply say hi to your affiliates, but too much and unnecessary communication would be telling your team things that wouldn't really benefit them e.g.

something like a status update on Facebook " I am going to take my pretty dog Candy for check ups its been long since I did that" seriously! if you have nothing to type better type nothing.

Well, first and foremost I would like to point out that conversing i.e communication is The concept or state of exchanging data or information between two or more entities.
Its starts with you taking a step in the right direction, get to know your affiliates more personally. If you can, get there mobile number and start the ball rolling.
