I don't see anything wrong with buying PSA's if you have the money to. But, you can also bid on them in the auctions and probably pay less. In doing this, you will also be gaining some action Versa Points.

Either way is a good way to get PSA's in the beginning. But, because you will have to buy or win such a great amount before you can find 5-10 affiliates that are willing to work and grow their business, I would also recommend that while you are getting these bought or won affiliates, that you be learning to recruit people on your on.

People come and go in this type of business. By learning to recruit your own PSA's, you will be able to maintain a steady stream of people. This is a better way to make sure your business is profitable in the long run.

I would like to start like this, every single aspect of myself, let me put it this way. It is all about trying to incorporate. It is about trying to weave the web and keep everyone happy and of course, it is about giving value to those people who become successful of my humble contribution as a sponsor.

By just having a large team under one’s belt won’t makes them a great sponsor. The word sponsor itself is divine and one should truly understand the responsibilities of sponsoring first before he/she acts and become a sponsor of someone else.

In this regard, there are plenty of options for you to decide and it is for you, yes, solely you to decide how you can become an awesome sponsor. As far as I am concerned, at the initial stages of my career with SFI, I never bothered nor decided to sponsor anyone outside my locality as I was in the impression of that sponsoring someone who is totally strange will not be practical at all nor be beneficial. But the way my own sponsor in SFI encouraged me, I have shelved all those negative thoughts slowly and went on further and moved on faster and expanded my wings across the frontiers.

However, I will not suggest you to buy PSAs from any unknown or unreliable sources because it will give you more pains than gains. Hence, I would suggest you to participate in PriceBender Auctions to get PSAs at rock bottom prices and groom them, nurture them or make them successful. Moreover, you can even enroll as much as you can from your own neighborhood and friends which can give more personal affection and a clear chance of interaction with them always. I always stick to these basic core values and will never go beyond the roof and get the sign ups through very costly advertising.

Knowing how things work is the basis for appreciation, and is thus a source of civilized delight.

'Learn' is a very important word for an affiliate at any level. You should learn all you can, because that helps your business to grow. It's true with any business, with any endeavor in life, but especially in SFI: the more you learn, the more you grow, and the more you can help others to grow so that others can help you.

So, do spend some time learning how to market your business and not just counting on the ease of spending a dollar to get affiliates others have recruited. Buying PSA's is a legitimate way of starting, as we all know, but not a way of truly growing and improving toward expert in this field; you can only pass on the knowledge you acquire, and can only acquire it through learning the business, and can only learn the truths of the business in the trenches, so to speak.

What you have at SFI is given to us as the the result of years of learning through observation, listening, implementation and much trial and error. Don't just break off a piece of it; become assimilated into it, incorporate the knowledge and share the collective thought.

SFI has given us such vast resources and so many ways to participate in them that learning is actually fun and exciting and strengthening; we should hate to let the meat and potatoes pass us by in order to consume only the candy. So learn to sponsor and learn to help and learn to be helped by others. Buying PSA's will help you. Learning to sponsor will help you, too, and allow you to help everyone else, especially your downline. . .and I'm sure your upline will also appreciate it.

If you know what you are doing, the very best way is to do your own advertising and sponsor them yourself.

If you are just learning how to use the very many ways to advertise, then begin with the free ones and try to make a steady progress in fine tuning your ads, choosing good places to advertise, both ad services and countries, and editing your ads until they bring sign-ups. Then do it all over again with the paid ads. There can be a lot of money lost here, so get your practice with the free ads.

Depending on your skill at this, you may find that the cost per sign-up is much less than paying someone else to do this work. You will eventually want to learn how to advertise yourself. Without that knowledge, you can not help your downline learn to advertise and that is a big weakness in your duplication.

If you are just beginning in SFI, have no time and want a guaranteed number of signups, then buy them, at least for awhile. Your best bet is to go to your up line and see if they have a team co-op. They already have a vested interest in your business and want you to succeed. SFI rules state that no one is supposed to gain or profit from running a team co-op. So you will be paying your fair share of the cost of running the co-op. This also strengthens your team in that your money and that of the others will as a group effort be more effective and can buy better ads.

Both buying and training or getting the PSA is good.

It is good you learn how to advertise your gateway to get the PSA so you can also train you PSA who are financially challenged and may not be able to buy PSA for themselves.

I think your PSA's will appreciate it more telling them how to do it rather than using the short and easy way. They need the experience to be taught to them.
Training them keeps them going, you may decide to buy PSA's and they end up leaving because no explanation on how to go about the business.

But having had the knowledge of helping you affiliate, please purchasing PSA's becomes more effective and useful in keeping time rather than spend hours searching for PSA.

For me both are good and I love them.

About recruiting PSAs: you may do both the options you have. You should where possible try to sposor PSA you know ie friends relatives neighbours. And about buying PSA , it all depends on your spending power and budget, if you can then buying PSA is also not a bad idea, it may make you build your team faster, if you get the working ones, some people find it better also to buy S co op builder, ok no guarantee on how many or how effective PSA will be but here too you have chances of getting good PSA. You may also opt for price bender auction by bidding on 25 PSA, 35 PSA, 100 PSA etc maybe you get a chance and a winning one.

Both your options are apt. You can go for both , teams will build faster,

I think you will be a better business owner and team leader if you learn how to sponsor them yourself, after all it's not that difficult.

In both cases, buying or sponsoring them yourself, you have the same conditions.

Some will, some won't, so what, some one is waiting, next!

It is a numbers game so to speak, and the more you refer the more likely you will find
the perfect PSA who "get's it".

Learning to sponsor is like learning any skill, it just takes time, patience, effort, and you will be a master in no time.

Buying PSA - it might be cheaper than sponsoring, especially if you win and buy them on Pricebenders Auctions. And you will definitely save some time.

Sponsoring on your own: - if you are not using paid adverts, but free ads and face-to-face recruiting, it's free. I also think the quality of PSAs is better, because YOU can write the ad in a way that clearly explains what we do here and that this is not a 'get rich quick' thing! Also, if your PSA knows you personally, chances are they trust you and know you wouldn't be involved in something that's a waste of time and money. So, they will sigh up and give it an honest try.

People here believe that quality is hidden in quantity. I personally stand for quality, and that's I think you should learn sponsoring. But if it's not your thing, SFI luckily allows you to buy affiliates and imply your skills in other areas of this business(referring PRMs, maybe?)

In my opinion, i think a mixture of both is best. But first, learn how to sponsor affiliates (following the simple training methods with respect to sponsoring affiliates outlined here at SFI), starting with those closest to you whom you've earned their trust.

On one hand, you can speak to friends and family members about SFI, and/or advertise online to get sign ups;

On the other hand, you can put your money to work for you by setting up a standing order for S-Builder Co-op units($24 for a one time fee and $22 a month for standing orders).

The latter is great because, while your team is being practically built for you, you can then focus your time and energy in mastering other aspects of SFI.

PSAs should ONLY be purchased to complement your own advertising NEVER to replace it.

You will always do better with your own advertising... the ads you use will attract like minded people. With your own advertising... you choose who you want to advertise to, where you want to advertise, how you want to advertise. In other words, you are in control. You can make changes and adjustments at anytime to improve your results.

With purchased PSAs, what you get is what you get. You have no ability to improve your results. This is what you agree to when you purchase them.

I just want to add one more thing...

Too many people get mad at, blame and complain about the sellers... why not work with the sellers to improve the quality of their sign-ups. A reputable seller should welcome your feedback and continually work on improving their results.
