Should I buy PSAs or learn how to sponsor them myself?
If you want more and more PSAs first of all you have to learn about SFI, after that you have to convince your friends, relatives and others who are interested in this type of business. if you success to convince them then you don't have to buy PSAs, you can build a strong team by yourself.
most important is that you have to confident about yourself that "YOU CAN DO IT"
Growing your business is through sponsoring.You can create duplicate through purchase or self sponsorship or both.I recommend both ways.Purchased PSA only may be frustrating as they might be inactive and difficult to reach.Use your resource to sponsor people around you,family and friends.Read through the training lessons on sponsoring and follow the process.

Its better learn how to sponsor them yourself in the long run will be profitable due to fact that you will learn slowly the methods of sponsoring affiliate what to do is to go to the Marketing tab then click methods of sponsoring new affiliate there is beginner methods that will help you to be success in sponsoring affiliates

The best approach is to sponsor personally your relatives and friends into the SFI Affiliate program. The good thing is that you know your PSAs and mentoring is very easy since you already knew each other.
If you decide to buy your PSAs you will go to the bidding process and it is hard and winning the bid is not guaranteed. Bidding is a combination of luck, patience and strong determination to fight till the remaining seconds and also till the last drop of your Tcredits!!!
Well in my opinion and take on whether I should be learning and choosing to post ads and adopt the various methods like PPC or classified to Ecards to SCOOP Builder to bidding on Auctions to placing Facebook ads vis a vis buying PSAs from a Vendor I would say that to each his own that is there are basically no hard and fast rules for as long as you are comfortable and think that it works in your favor why not and for me I will go. For both options to explore and see what works better for it and then focus more on it thereafter

Hi Very good question.
When I joined SFI last year I was impressed with the fact you could buy PSA's as other marketing ventures I have been involved with did not offer such a feature.
What a waste of money. I have now dealt with three companies selling leads on
tripleclicks. Two of them supplied the leads they quoted, however the quality of the leads was absoloute rubbish.
I do not know what was advertised to make these so called leads reply, but I suppose that one guy in India pleading for any job as his family were very poor, gives a clue.
The third one had not even started to completed their order within two months, and I eventually (after an argument) got a refund.
It is I understand an SFI regulation that only STL and above can set up these sc sorry businesses but if I am wrong I apologise
So. Your choice!!

It is always better to bring myself PSA members through advertising rather than buy. Clavi can often be purchased at auction for something a little money. The problem is that if you buy 25 vdete PSA and happens to be no or little something done. Or get Slane who are not from your speaking world and do not know how to communicate with them and help them when they are in trouble.
Whatever version is welcome, choose whatever you want, preferably apply both of them, in accordance with the time you have. If you do not have PSAs you do not have whom to sponsor. So, duplicate yourself by purchasing or inviting in your team as many PSAs you can, then start and continue training and stimulate them.

I think it is better to find a dog than buy. First of your friends to join with them is nice to work because I know personally, ideally also be found for example a group on Facebook where he joined say a lot of mothers who have no business with them is the best and easiest to work with, this is my strategy always proved successful. They learn to be excellent sponsors, find their dog that will work perfectly and so we build our successful team.
From experience its better to sponsor PSAs by yourself at least you know personally because 80-98% of paid or bought PSA/CSA are not real by that i mean they are scam but as they personal experience is the best teacher you could try s-builder co-op.
Advertize massively and you will make you mark. Hope this was helpful
